Likes

The best thing in here is the environment they provide as I mentioned earlier it is a bit so they have to maintain certain no. Of trees.
The clock tower which is present here for around 150years

Dislikes

The bad washrooms service sometimes as I mentioned earlier it was hell
Since west bengal is the state where non ved is common so it is not good for veg students

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I am well aware of the importance of technology in today's generation.This institute provides one of the most knowledgeable professors.In my class there are total 86 students out of which 70 are boys as you expect from an engineering college.

Class Size : 86Course Fees : INR 76000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Here different types of companies have enrolled like tata Microsoft Amazon Google and they place a higher value of time here since it's one of the oldest college so it gives us a good start from others on.

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester onwards a student becomes eligible for campus placement offers.I am an IT student so here average package for it student is 19lpa and highest is 51lpa whereas lowest in 10lpa which is quite good compared to other colleges.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees is mostly of the hostel and mess fees as I am a SC students I don't have to pay 100000 tution fee and instead about 17000 per year. The college provides multiple scholarship named gabesu bindra mainly based on your cgpa.

Campus Life :

There is one of the most important fest called Rebeca where different types of talents is being shown up.It happens in the months of March every year.there are different types of groups also like there is a group for it students called SOCIT society of information technology.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility is quite good as I expected from a NIT the rooms are clean here except there are some times I hate living in hostels due to the dirtiness of washrooms.It feels like hell there sometimes.

Hostel Fee : INR 59000 per year

Admission :

My college is a National institute of technology.It is under 50nirf ranking and behold it's position as one of the prestigious college in India.I am a first year student of this college and pursuing my undergraduate degree in Information technology branch.
