Course Curriculum Overview :

Because I am interested in research and this is very to good institute to do good in your research career 1:20 Faculties are mostly from the foreign universities and IITs and PhD and post docts. Exams are not that much tough and term exams happens in every 3 months

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 121000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Since I am a 1st year student I don't get opportunities for internships but I talked to my seniors they said that internships are available in IITs and many private companies and you have to apply for these indirectly .

Placement Experience :

Placement cells are newly formed but average of engineering department is around 17 Lpa and most of the student go for phd but about 7 students are placed out of 10 My plan is also going for phd in any foreign universties

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Around 70,000 per semester which includes hostel and mess charges also. Students can apply for inspire scholarship in which they get 5000 per month eligibility is only for top1% in 12 th . Companies like Amazon Flipkart swiggy offers job and many students go for phd in foreign universties

Campus Life :

Enthuzia is our annual fest and all types of festival are celebrated in our campus Library is open till 2 am. Sports activities are good and each sports have their grounds and place Classroom are good with projectors

Hostel Facilities :

Morning meal includes banana, egg and milk daily. Breakfast timing- 8-9am Lunch - 12-2pm Dinner-8-9pm Good meals All registration of mess and hostel occurs in campus and the hostel and mess alloted to the student

Hostel Fee : INR 120000 per year

Admission :

IAT Exam for this college 12th and dropper. Online search iiser aptitude test. I was in OBC and my OBC rank was 476. Cuttoff was around 900 OBC rank This is the only iiser having placement cell and engineering branch. Be careful in filling preference order.

Iiser Bhopal review

Students have frequency exam every month. Their we have quiz 1, mid-semester examination, Quiz 2 and End-semester examination. Teachers have their Teaching Assistant with them to help students to clear their doubts.

The journey of research

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is really interesting and very in-depth. But as I mentioned it's quite hard. Some faculty do make it more hard by teaching quite advanced stuff. Some even don't grade well. But it is all the choice to learn better and better. So they teach well and one can understand well if they are interested in learning. Teaching methods are blackboard-based. Some teachers make things very interesting by doing lab visits or explaining in quite interactive ways. Some give programming assignments, some take challenging quizzes, and course homework problems which are sometimes a nightmare but they are to enjoy the subjects. Generally, for core courses, there are 4 exams for each course. For elective courses, the professor can choose any number of exams, or even no exam if he wants. They can decide their way of grading the students, either viva or something another way like programming, homework, etc. the four exams are # quizzes and one sem and one end sem.

IISER BHOPAL:- Towards the goal of your science dreams

Course Curriculum Overview:

So IISER BHOPAL provides integrated BS-MS courses in basic science in all streams. I am interested in main chemistry, the biological field and I want to do research in that field, I prefer IISER BHOPAL Because its ranking is also good in the field of chemistry and biology. Here students: faculty also depends on the stream, it changes with the different disciplines but overall it is good. All the faculty members are very good research backgrounds in their field and they are best their field they are well-qualified from different institutions of the world. And about exams, it is not that difficult if you study daily by daily then it will be very easy to pass the exam and gain the good cpi.
