Course Curriculum Overview

This course is very good according to placement and knowledge. In this course I study about various computers language and design related content, in this course I can study two thing and also the faculty for this course is well educated and well discipline there was two term first mid sem exam and second was end term exam

Form 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement than can apply after 6th sem There is lot of companies visit for hiring students like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Qualcomm and many more the highest package were offered in this year was 51 lpa and average package was 22 lpa for year 2023 and almost every student gets job with the campus placement percentage of 98%, my plan is to get a job

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fee amount for one year is 450000 which is given in two part, 225000 given in 1st semester and other 225000 in 2nd semester, there is lot of scholarship available for students like Merit cum income Post metric scholarship for sc students Post metric scholarship for obs students and many more

Campus Life

Campus Life is very good, there is lot of fest esya, Annual fest odessy, sports fest karwan and Astra These fest are very famous There is a big library this library has 3 floors in which students can study any time There is lot of club in this club students can join and work alone it

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facility are very good there is regular cleaning, these hostels room contains air conditioner which make it premium and very good. In summer hostel food is very healthy and tasty this food is similar to home's food, we can apply for hostel at the starting of the year classes we need to fill the application form for hostel allotment and submit it on students affairs office

Hostel Fee: INR 68000 per year

Admission

It was a simple process, first I qualify in jee mains with good rank than I went to jac delhi portal for admission process, after applying in this there was some round in which the branch and college get selected for students according to their rank

Placement Experience:

The placement was not too good it was bad the main reason was like it have not in better place if student want to grab an offer he do offcampus apply so they get job .The companies visted our collage was tcs ,infosys , wipro and sometime Amazon. The highest pacakge was offers in 2020 for almost like 30LPA after that non of them get that much placement .In simple wprd you are the reason of your too get placed in companies . In our collage not fang companies offerd placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good especially during recession. You're eligible for placements after 3rd year. After 2nd Year you're eligible for Internships. All Big Companies like Google Microsoft Apple Goldmansachs Mckinsey etc. Highest package offered till now in 2025 is 85LPA (Atlassian) Average of CSE is 17 -18 lpa . almost 53% people get placed in 2025 (recession time). See The degree OF DTU has its value. So it gives you an edge while you go for off campus.

Placement Experience:

The placement rate here is around 70-75% on an avg in all branches and sometimes even higher. After 1st year only , multiple opportunities starts coming . After 1st year and before 2nd year , basically in summer vacation we have to do a compulsory internship (college also provides) and we are provided a credit for that . Then multiple opportunities like GOOGLE STEP ,amacon internship , etc come.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semester all students are eligible for campus placements there are almost more than 30+ companies come to make offers and don't recall the names but almost 34 lakh per annum is the highest package they offer and some lucky students also get 80 lakh per annum package almost 80 percent students get placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In each sem we have to give exams twice - mid terms and end terms. They are not much difficult the level is moderate. Teaching method is also good bit sometimes they are not able to complete the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The corses are well designed And related to your curiculum evey course are relevent for student the course they provied in first sem are Math,computational thinking,Intoduction to south asia,ENG,Phy. most of collages have mechanical in their first sem where they have to do weilding ,crafting etc which have no use in course of CS.

I applied to several top colleges including NSUT,DTU IIIT Hyderabad and few other colleges i got confirmend admission offers from NSUT(ECE) and iiitd cse and eventually chose iiitd beacuse of its strong academics focus on computer science excellent faculty and modern infrastructure the research culture and the curriculum at iiitd rellay stood out compared to the others. It's more aligned with current industry trends like AL amd ML I didn't get IIIT Hyderabad cse because of my jee main rank didn't ,make to the cutoff the competition is super intense there ,espically for cse and i fell short by a small margin but honestly i don't regret it IIITD offers a comparable level of educarion with a strong coding culture snd great placement records The admission process for IIITD straightforward but slightly different from other institutes .For Btech addmission are primarily through JEE mains via JAC for delhi based students they also take admission frommthe student that come from uceed and they alsi consider class 12 percentile as a part of eligiblity for a few program the cutoff of jee mains goes really high for cs branches and it even more tiugher for outside delhi student...Read More
