Jss noida -Review ( see it before taking admission)

I chossed this course because i have a intrest towards tech field an love to do technology related things. faculty are sufficient comparable to number of students , some teaches very well, but some dosen't teach well; but you can manage easily by doing some of online lectures. mostly faculty have done Phd., except some have done till mtech.. Exams in JSS -: In one Semester there are three internal exams of 20 marks called CIA(commutative internal assisement) and after that there is a semester end exam of 70 marks which is organised by AKTU university itself. difficulty level is moderate , depends on how and what you have studied

i have not a lot of idea about internships , but there are less opportunities for on campus internship, mostly you have crack it off campus by own . but teachers or tech socity will always make you shared about opportunities of internsip if opened by companies time to time.

from 6-7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. company like wipro, tcs, Accenture , HCL tech, infosys , ibm are mass recuirter company they offer avg package of (3-5)lakhs. and other mnc company like deloite airtel adobe ion , juspay, kronos recruit less students ( 5-6) and offers a good amount of packages(10+)lakhs highest package-57.32LPA by prodat IT. Avg pck- 5-6lpa around. 80-90% students get placed almost every year from tech branches. my plan after getting degree is to get placed in a good company with good package

fess Structure for the year 2023 to 2027-: 1st year -: 140000 ;2nd,3rd,4th year- 120000 rs. schoralship opportunity are there for general, obc ,st,sc students - name of schoralship is U.P Scholarship given by state governmet - amount varies from 58000 to 107000 depending on category. i have no idea about financial assistance but campus jobs are quite good- all mass requirtment company arrives for recuiremnt also some high packages company too arrive.

there is annual fest called Zelicon which is conducted every year in months between febuary to april. there is no tech fest conducted. Every semester course books is provided to each students from library(book bank), there is no need to buy course books, journals are too availabe in library , Jss library is too good (my personal opinion) there are sports compition conducted every year in the college , ex- cricket,badminton, kabadi .even some students get selected for state championships too. a social group named Akshargyan is runned by college students they give free education to poor students evry day at evening , they also provide food to them.

Admission process consist of many steps-: first you have to apply for UPTAC councelling and have to score a branch in btech in jss noida on basis of your percentile in jee mains. after getting the seat you have to come for admission on the date given by UPTAC and furter steps will be told by college executives like filling of admission form , documents verification etc.. application form will be given at college only, reservation benefits are there - sc, st , obc candidates can get seat at lower percentiles in jee too. improvement in admission process - should have proper facilities for managing crowd during admission .
