Course Curriculum Overview :
Course Structure is really good, Most of the faculties are really good, especially for Electrical and Mechanical but some faculties just come and read the slides and students have to do a little handwork in those courses.
Placement Experience :
The placement season starts in 4th year but before that also a lot of students get jobs after doing internship in 3rd year and these are really good paid jobs , But as expected the placement is very high for circuital branch buts it's not low for non circuital branches average package goes around 25 L per year and 31 L for CSE.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees of course are about 10L for general students, a relaxation of 1/3rd of fees is provided to some OBC students on the basis of family income, and tuition fees are omitted for SC and ST students, Education loan facilities are also provided to students during the admission time, There are also some scholarships for Female students and Economically weak students.
Campus Life :
The campus is really good, Seniors are very interactive and helpful, There are clubs for everything like Tech clubs, Cultural clubs, and many more, Night campus life is even amazing you can go out anytime and enjoy the night weather which is really pleasing. The Sports faculties are even more dedicated than some of the academic faculties they keep motivating students to participate in sports and every sports equipment need is fulfilled by the institute.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are good but there are some problems like broken tables etc. but overall it's good depending on fees, we are provided a table and a bed and an almirah in our room, Talking of mess food there are 3 caterers and all are mostly good, But sometimes there is a large crowd during lunch time which might be frustrating and one important point is that previously the institute provided us single rooms but this session onwards new students are given room with double accommodation.
Admission :
The admission process is through Jee mains followed by the Jee advanced exam, The process starts after these exams in the form of Jossa counseling and seats are allocated on the basis of merit apart from reserved seats, There is a reservation for SC, ST EWS OBC and for female candidates in each category, There is reservation in branch change also for students after the first year.
