It is a good course. 60:1 student faculty ratio All facilities have masters from reputed NITs and other colleges Term exams are not timely. Thanks to BTU Exams difficulty level is easy compared to other universities

Internships Opportunities

Internships is mostly up to you. You have to aware and apply to them. Although there are some faculty members in CS department who are helpful and through connections they can get you internships. Role offered in these internships is mostly, web development. You need to learn Html ,css, js, react for it.

Placement Experience

Students get eligible for placements when they are in their final year. Placement in the college is pretty decent. Placement in 2020-21 were good. Some service based companies visit the campus. Almost 30% of CS,IT students get placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is pretty minimal compared to other engineering colleges. It is one the perk of this college. Yes there are scholarships available. But sometimes it might get hard for a general male student to get one

Campus Life

There's no college life. Although you can enjoy on your own, you get plenty of time for that. All necessary books are available in Library Tech fests is conducted annually. And other clubs, societies and sports is very decent

Admission

You need to have good marks in 12th PCM, and along with that jee main would be hepful. Admission is through REAP. Even though direct admission is also possible if seats are available after reap round.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester the students are eligible for placement opportunities in on campus placement. The companies like vedanta,Infosys,TCS ,ATA Steel,etc.visited my college. The highest placement in my branch in previous year is about 12.5 LPA,and the average package in my branch is 6.5 LPA .approx 70-80 percent students are placed in my branch in on campus placement.

Good college, good life

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

Remarks:

The college is strict about it's attendance. You need to maintain 75% attendance. And taking about the studies there is a very studios environment in the college and the labs. The Students here not just focus on academics they also do some good extra activities.

I choose this college because it is agivt. College with A+ grades and also this is in my home town so it was convinent and cheaper for me . other colleges in option for me were jecrc,manipal but these are private with high fees . The admission process for this college is through REAP(Rajasthan engineering admission process) which is held after the jee advanved results you need to filkl options for colleges in rajasthan and you will get allocated to one of the colleges according to the choices you filled.
