Teachers are good and very helpful and teachers at college are much cooler than the teachers at school but at the same time they are both disciplined.

Course Curriculum Overview

I liked this course so I took it. 800 plus students are admitted to the college every year. The teachers are very much educated and very friendly. Exams are held every six months and are not too difficult and not too easy to pass.

Class Size: 63Course Fees: INR 3310 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Every semester there is an admission charge and the maximum admission charge is around 3500. Recently TCS came for a job offer and many more well-established companies came to hire students from our college.

Campus Life

The campus is very beautiful and our campus is plastic-free. All the books are available in the college library and the ambiance is very good. Every year inter-college sports competition is held in our college. Every year there is a welcome party for new students and every year the annual fest is held.

Admission

The admission process is very easy and straightforward fill up the admission form with all the necessary details and couple of weeks you will get the list from the college website you have to search for your name and if your name comes to the merit list then you can take admission. You will get an application form from the college website. A minimum of 80% is required to get admission to b.com honours.

Placement Experience:

BESC has enjoyed an extremely high placement record. The Placement Cell draws 35 to 40 companies including the likes of TCS, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Oracle, Axis Bank, KPMG and Indigo to name a few. Eligible from 1 st sem students on wards Avg package - 4lpa highest is 16lpa After getting this degree i am thinking of pursuing mba anf then getting into business

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well among the curriculum of Bcom my most favourite is the management and Economics part. Cause I really love them and the teachers of that subject are really good . The improvement that I would want is the professors to come to the classes and teach us and finish the syllabus on time.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placement in the last year which is 7th and 8 semester one can apply for internship or job from 7th and 8th semester. The highest package offered was of 11 lakh so far. And the average package is 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Like most of the Goenkans I am also thinking of pursuing CA as a profession but for now I am focusing on my BCom degree and after my BCom degree I will complete my MBA from a good reputed college.

It is a 4 year programme which offers placements. But if someone doesn't get direct placement they are still skilled enough to get a job off campus and it can go from 6 LPA to 12 LPA. If the performance is very poor they can't go to the 4th year.

I choose B.Com Hons as my subject because I want to pursue MBA in my future.The faculty of this college is amazing.They are all very helpful.Total no. of students for this course currently is 800 something and each sector has 120 students.The teachers use projectors to make us understand the concept clearly.Sem exams occur every six months and if you study properly you will score good marks for sure

Do Right Things Now For Your Future

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Out of the companies some of them are Institute of Charter Accountancy, Institute of GST ETC. They give us some packages for jobs. Like the highest package is about 50000 rupees and the lowest is 15000 rupees. Only few studets get chance in this companies. Like 5-10% students. I want to be a bank manager so i just keep my study moving on.

Heramba Chandra College Is A Prestigious College Of South Kolkata And Is Located In Gariahat Road Kankulia Near Ballygunge . I Am Admitted In This Colleg For Bcom Hons In Accounting And Finance . I Applied In Many Colleges In The Admission Round Of Wbcap.In Which Was Introduced By The Govt. Of West Bengal For The Very 1St Ime In 2024 And I Got Chance In Many Colleges Which Includes : 1) City College Of Commerce And Business Administration . Kolkata 2)Acahrya Jagdish Chandra Bose College .
