Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this field due to my keen interest in the field of electrical engineering and my love for electrical appliances and there working. The faculty and student ratio is 1:10 .Faculties are highly qualified and PhD holders from reputed iit and nit. Exams are time ly held with proper guidelines and were of average difficulties

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 45000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

many big mnc companies like Google, amazon, Accenture and Delloite visit our campus for placement Companies visit have grown in a recent year also there is a space incubation centre and buildiug opened recently and isro seminar was held recently

Placement Experience :

campus placement is around 90% it totally its depend on skills which our college helps us to improve this year the highest placement is around 47 lakh by Amazon and also 3 -4 internship offer from Delloite and amazon placement shell is very active

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fee structures are different for tfw and new students for ntfw students it's 45k for 1 year and for tfw, it's around 28k hostel fees are also taken during the admission process around 28k. There are many financial aid and scholarships paid by the edsw and college

Campus Life :

the annual tech fest is called Vassunt and the cultural fest is known as Smavesh this year it's held together for long three days with celebrities like King and asses Kaur who came to perform. there are many sports clubs. a technical and literary society like enigma iic litsoc and ecell

Admission :

I took jee main exam for admmison which is held by nta every year. students can also take admission through ojee exam and lateral entry is also allowed in college in 2ndyear. the counselling is done through Ojee counselling and reservations were all like normal for sc\st and government school students and female quota. the admission process is smooth

Great college with Cool life

Placement Experience:

The placements of this college are good. The average package is 6 lacs per annum. Studnets from the 7th semester are available for campus placements. Many IT companies and food companies visit the campus. Food companies like OurFood Pvt Ltd, Heritage, Vishaka Dairy, Milky Moo come for placements. 70 of students get placed. The rest of them opt for higher studies. Many students get qualified in the Icar AIEEA Pg examination for pursuing a post-graduate degree. I am planning to pursue an M.Tech Dairy Technology course after completing my B.Tech degree.

No bad remarks as all things are upto mark as expected.

Admission:

Admission process is through a exam arranged from the college itself which is KIITEE and based on the ranks you get at the exam they give you admission. I choose this institution for the vibes it has and the student friendly nature they carry. The steps to admission are too simple. You will have to fill a online form which is free of cost then give a online exam in the place allocated bu the institution then they will publish the result and give a individual rank and if selected they will call for a counselling process and there all the documents will be verified then you will be allocated to the hostels and all and they will give u a date when u will come with all your belongings for the final process.

Clearity about NITR

Remarks:

A big campus with a power packed sea of opportunities. Students can get a best college life here and can pursue any dream he/she want. Just a single problem is that Rourkela is not that a big city. Placements are good and are comparable with middle level IITs. You can easily achieve marks while having a life here.
