Entrance Preview :

I write jam exam and qualified it with good rank, i choose this college through councelling as i was unable to get iit kanpur so this was better than any other college, no interview of mine was done, I choose msc as i want to be a research scholar and want to be in research department just because i live it

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is quite amazing,funny and interesting combination,enough to explore and live , there are a lot practicals and labs ,various research initiatives are taken by the college which could be scrolled out at their website , like I am a part of ongoing waste water and pavement material research programm under dr. Vinod tare who was from iit kanpur and is here for few days and i was a part of exterior structure design with my friend under professor barun pratiher

Internships Opportunities :

We get internships, but those internships are extremely good for engineering students only, for research we need time and lab , but they dont understand it and force us to intern from here , however we get good facilities and get assisted for everything but still i m not satisfied with it , during internship period,we get remuneration amount of 8000per month

Placement Experience :

Placement is very good here, around 90% students or more gets placed from here in top comapnies around the world like , birla, rimjhim,one plus,sbi,red fm,fever,fm, etc Avg salary offered here is about8-10lpa

College Events :

Various fests are celebrated at various hostel level, as hall day, and at many levels ,Our major fest is ignus which us celeberated at a grand level, with average footfall of about 10000+ top celebrities around the world are invited here in this fest, a day is dedicated for fashion show and kavi sammelan and other events at various places simultaneously, first day is inaugration followed by synchronicity , all the fest are at great level and are well organised, college authorities contributes us their time,money and labour as well

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is very affordable ,I pay 21,350 as tution fee every year , 1500 reg fee , 500 event charges every year , other charges are also there but arent cumpolsary like , snehan etc, state bank here provides us loans at lower interest and ask us to repay it after completion of the course

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

We get merit cum mean scholarahip, givt aided scholarship , various other scholarships arranged by charitable trusts and sometimes by alumnis or professors etc , institute helps us in getting loans , as state bank and icici provide us loans at lower interest rates

Campus Life :

Various extracurricular activities are done here , from dance and debate competetions to worldwide research competetions and codings like one going in texas we get more than enough chances to explore ourselves in variety of fields and facilities are really good for it

Hostel Facilities :

I m a hosteller,hostel rooms are spacy,but arent available for single ,they are on sharing, ,they dont have pgs for students,we pay around 60,000 but fee increased from last year ,mess food is good ,healthy and hygienic and tasty as well

Alumni/Alumna :

We do have an alumni network, and also a dept , we get various seminars,video lectures etc to meet with them and get various other chances to interact them , like in internship etc,they contribute us a lot for our development and for betterment of college as well

Exam Structure :

Exams and labs are frequent but they are necessary to analyse our results and to make ourselves correct and more precise to the standard, so it is a chill culture

Faculty :

Faculty is highly qualified ,almost all the faculty is phd and few are their who are persuing their phd till now Nd teaching us as well, major professors are highly experienced and few are even 20years or more experienced in teaching career,they are very much interactive, standard of teaching is extremely extraordinary which can never be seen at anywhere else
