Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this because here we are provided hands-on training which enables us to tackle real-world problems. Yes, exams are conducted very strictly here and the level of exams is high but it is easy to pass if you work hard throughout your semester.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 132000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Being a general student it costs approx. 2-2.5lakh per year. I got an internship in Accenture during my 3rd year with a stipend of 1 lakh i.e., 50000 for 2 months. Now, I am in 4th year and preparing for placements.

Campus Life :

There is this fest called Rebeca which is conducted every year. This gives us unmatched vibes with many big celebrities coming to our college. There are many sports-related fests also which are conducted once or twice a year

Hostel Facilities :

The meal is good quality and the cost is minimal being a hosteler and all the basic facilities are also provided with minimal costs. I live in LT. Williams Hall of Residence currently in my 4th year having 2 seater.

Hostel Fee : INR 65000 per year

Admission :

The candidates seeking admission in IIEST, Shibpur, must qualify for the JEE Main examination with the required ranks. They must also pass class 12th with more than 75% with the combination of specific subjects.
