Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choose this course because I was interested in production engineering. The studio ratio in my branch is 2:1 (boys: girls). Most of the faculties are pursuing PhD from an IIT so they are very knowledgeable and their teaching method is also good. Exams are scheduled and held timely and it's very difficult to pay if any student studies sincerely.

Internships Opportunities

4

Various companies like Tata steel, BCCL, Vednats, and Sail offer you internships and VT during college which is very good. If you do it in these companies you will get good projects and learn various things which will be helpful during your placements.

Placement Experience

4

Students become eligible for college placement after the 6th Semester. Various top companies come to college like Google, Deloitte, and Tata Steel. Various students get at least 2 placements during the placement season. And they choose according to their interests. The highest placement offered on the campus is 44 Lacks per annum from Google. An average package is around 4 LPA. 85 % of students get placements from the campus and they choose according to their interests. My plan is to get placed in Core and do the ground job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of BIT Sindri are very minimal even for general students tuition fees are Rs 7000 for the whole year and Admission fees are also Rs 7000. You can also apply for various scholarships from the government like Ekalyan and if you are from a general category you can apply for private scholarships like ONGC, or FFE (Foundation for Excellence).

Campus Life

4

There are various fest organized by the clubs of college. An annual fest like "Sandharshan" is organized around November. Technical Fest is also organized around Feb. In the library, there are ample books for your academic studies. And it's a very easy process for issuing the books. Apart from that is you want to read any books apart for your academics. You can issue books from GRS it's a club that helps students to get the books they want to read like self-help books, anime books, and fiction books. There are various amenities in the classroom like you get smart boards in the class which makes your learning very smooth. There are various sports events on the campus like interbranch football, Volleyball, and Cricket matches. Intrabranch football, Volleyball, and cricket matches. There are more than 14 clubs and societies in the college you can get into one according to your interests like society work, technical work, Sports, etc.

Admission

Firstly you have to appear for JEE mains and after the results, you have to opt for JCECEB counseling. Secondly, after the JCECEB issues a common merit list you will get a rank according to JCECEB which will be different from your Jee rank. Thirdly you can see expect your cutoff by last year results. Like in my branch cutoff was around 1000 cml Then you have to fill your seat preference according to your cutoff the branches you want to get at your nearby cutoff Then after your seat is confirmed you have to go to college for the admission. The application fees is around 750. If you get seat from tfw quota your Rs 7000 admission fees will be cutoff to Rs 32 And if you are from BC1 / BC 2 / ST / SC quota you can expect a good branch at a high cml. Just reservation benifits. After admission, hostel allotment dates will be out you have to go to hostel pay a fees of Rs 7000 for hostels and Rs 2500 for electricity. Then you are good to go and shift and enjoy.

on every occasion they will charge the students, there is no good placement, every year they increase the exam fee, students are not regular its poor then government colleges just pay penalty and your attention will be full, its like correspondence course they are running huge but and regular power cuts unhealthy canteens, political motivated administration and management. There expenditure in infrastructure is huge which is best for love birds its like park or garden. Overall all not dedicated to education.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculise fully designed on national education policy 2020. Focuses more on extracurricular activities than core subjects. Because reply is designed on the basis of UGC guidelines which is a good thing for different competitive exams that are design by UGC. I will say semesters are to short that all till now my all four semesters has been glitter in about 4 months each that should be of duration of 6 months.
