Mit Wpu one of the best colleges in Pune

Dislikes

  • There is a lot of parking issue i think this needs to be resolved

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculties are very helpful and they have strict rules and norms to be followed. Faculties are highly qualified done with PhD and all. We have regular classes and faculties are on time. We have a semester format so we had 2 exams which were quite challenging but easy if you had learnt.

Internships Opportunities :

There are many companies and colleges which offer internships for example IIT Bhubaneswar and many others. Companies like Amazon and Microsoft also offer internships. Soo a lot of opportunities are available

Placement Experience :

There are many placement opportunities but not sure whether I have the actual report. But many students are offered placement in big companies. To date the highest university package is around 45 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fee structure is quite nice you have to pay in instalments so no burden. And there are many scholarships opportunity so there are students who are even studying on scholarships. The placement is quite nice.

Campus Life :

Campus life is too good if I compare it to other colleges where my friends are studying. There are many clubs and everyone is given the opportunity to contribute so many students participate on a regular basis.

Admission :

The admission process was way simple. Just visit the official website of Mit Wpu and select the course you want to opt and fill in the application. Have to give a simple entrance exam and next you will have a PI round after the interview you will receive a mail regarding the admission and offer letter and you are done.

Interview Experience :

I had to come across 2 stages was written test and an interview round which was quite easy. As the written test had the basics which I learnt during my boards and regarding the interview it was a personal interview of half an hour so not much to say.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements typically begin in the 5th or 6th semester, depending on the college's policy, with eligibility requirements like a minimum GPA. Companies like motilal , toothsii, and various startups often visit for recruitment. The number of offers made varies by college and course, with 30-40 companies visiting for a batch of 100 students.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements after the fifth semester of their graduation and the companies visiting the college include the big 4 of the industry like delliote, KPMG, ey and PWC. The average salary per year ranges from 6-7LPA and the highest package is around 13LPA a year. 70 percent of the students get placed through the college every year . I personally plan to pursue MBA as my post graduation thats why i will not be opting for college placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course can be taken by students who want to give professional exams like CA, CS, CMA as the syllabus of B.Com is similar to these professional courses. So you don't have to study extra for B.Com exams.

Placement Experience:

The college offers quite good placements as a B. com degree holder. Big 4s provide placements to students which is a plus point for commerce students and incase anybody couldn't get the placements as a commerce students there are many options available such as government job preparation, other competitive exams, accountant jobs etc. And you can opt for higher studies which increases your worth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

You get direct in-house admission for Bcom if you're a junior college student at dahanukar. The curriculum is enough to prepare us for the exam however outdated it is. The syllabus needs to change the teachers need to be changed and also the management should be updated. The college requires a dynamic approach rather than a slow and less productive one. The exams are conducted semi annually and their difficulty is quiet manageable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although the faculty here are experts but they still lag with some professional options but to overcome this we are Collaborated with professional to provide the best. Our exams are at a moderate level which a student can clear if he is really engaged in studies. Academics are great and timings of exam depend on the type of exam

Placement Experience:

About 80 to 90 % of the student got placed in the course. Most of the big companies give internships from top companies. The highest package offered was around 7.2 LPA. The average salary package is around 3.5 LPA. The top companies which offered placement are HDFC bank, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. You get the placement if you got more than 80 % in any course or category. I have planned to do a CA course after completing my degree course.
