  • The management or the teachers, actually the staff did not care about student's, they just want assigment and practicals on time, if there is an emergency they didn't adjust...
  • Another thing is the college time, for bcom student's the college time is 7:30 to 10:30 am which is too early students coming outside the city area feel Lot's of challenges during traveling..

Course Curriculum Overview :

The management and the teaching staff should improve in teaching and the management should care about students and change their respective time of college, the exam level is very difficult they set very tough paper, i choose bcom in this college because of the goodwill of the college, and placement record.

Internships Opportunities :

Their are various internship opportunity to my college, and also many companies offered placement to students including zomato, reliance retail, Barclay's and etc. And for needy students college offer hostel in vidharthi sahayak samiti which cost very low.

Placement Experience :

The college provide a good placement for bcom students and as well as to mcom students too, after completions of bcom they get eligible to get the job, there are plenty of companies which offer on campus placements which include zomato, delloite, deltax, eaton, relaince retail and etc., avg salary is 200000-500000 and highest was 1200000 PA.

Fees and Financial Aid :

First of all the college is autonomous and they have hiked their fees from 2024 the fees is around 15,000 per year for genral students and 14300 (aprx) for other catogaries students... There is not much difference in fees, they also offer various scholarship and internships. And they also provide hostels for needy students they can enroll their name in Vidhyarthi sahayak samiti... (Hostel)

Campus Life :

My overall experience was good the campus life is good and focusing on social life and they take verious festivals in college include astitva, anubhuti are the main fest in the college, the library has it's own building and there are variety if books in it. There are also various clubs which students can join which include finance club, nature club, sports club and more, they provide digitalize classroom in every class and there are very much credit's for extra circular activities. Which motivites students for participition.

Admission :

I have enrolled for bcom admission at Sydenhem college in Mumbai my name came into merit list my plan was to study my UG in mumbai, but due to hostel facilities or living problem i choose BMCC college pune, the admission process is very long and they deal with paper work more the criteria is your name should came in merit list then you need to submit documents on particular date in the college documents include (adhar card, abc id, pan card if needed, marksheets, migration certificate etc). Then they inform you about your college timings.. The eligibility depends on your 12th marks snd percentage.and the cut off list is generally very high!!!

Faculty :

The faculties relationship with students is preety average it means not so friendly with students, i personally like the bba faculties more., i studies in bcom faculty and the coarse fee is 15,000 per year and their are 2 semester in fy bcom and the marking scheme is 50 marks internel and 50 marks written exam for every semester, the exam level is preety much hard and the supervision is very strict, many students fail in exam because they toom very lightly...

Night Life :

The night life in college area is very good and there are variety of places to explore near the college is fc road, jm road, sadashiv peth and etc. The hostel timing is 7am to 8:30 pm, the college is located in deccan area and is veey safe area in pune. There are also plenty of cafes nearby areas to hangout.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements typically begin in the 5th or 6th semester, depending on the college's policy, with eligibility requirements like a minimum GPA. Companies like motilal , toothsii, and various startups often visit for recruitment. The number of offers made varies by college and course, with 30-40 companies visiting for a batch of 100 students.

The students are eligible for placements after the fifth semester of their graduation and the companies visiting the college include the big 4 of the industry like delliote, KPMG, ey and PWC. The average salary per year ranges from 6-7LPA and the highest package is around 13LPA a year. 70 percent of the students get placed through the college every year . I personally plan to pursue MBA as my post graduation thats why i will not be opting for college placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course can be taken by students who want to give professional exams like CA, CS, CMA as the syllabus of B.Com is similar to these professional courses. So you don't have to study extra for B.Com exams.

The college offers quite good placements as a B. com degree holder. Big 4s provide placements to students which is a plus point for commerce students and incase anybody couldn't get the placements as a commerce students there are many options available such as government job preparation, other competitive exams, accountant jobs etc. And you can opt for higher studies which increases your worth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

You get direct in-house admission for Bcom if you're a junior college student at dahanukar. The curriculum is enough to prepare us for the exam however outdated it is. The syllabus needs to change the teachers need to be changed and also the management should be updated. The college requires a dynamic approach rather than a slow and less productive one. The exams are conducted semi annually and their difficulty is quiet manageable.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although the faculty here are experts but they still lag with some professional options but to overcome this we are Collaborated with professional to provide the best. Our exams are at a moderate level which a student can clear if he is really engaged in studies. Academics are great and timings of exam depend on the type of exam

Placement Experience:

About 80 to 90 % of the student got placed in the course. Most of the big companies give internships from top companies. The highest package offered was around 7.2 LPA. The average salary package is around 3.5 LPA. The top companies which offered placement are HDFC bank, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. You get the placement if you got more than 80 % in any course or category. I have planned to do a CA course after completing my degree course.
