  • The infrastructure is quite old and the equipments like computers in the classrooms need improvement.
  • The curriculum is outdated, there other things the children need to study that are more important than the existing stuff being taught.

Course Curriculum Overview :

You get direct in-house admission for Bcom if you're a junior college student at dahanukar. The curriculum is enough to prepare us for the exam however outdated it is. The syllabus needs to change the teachers need to be changed and also the management should be updated. The college requires a dynamic approach rather than a slow and less productive one. The exams are conducted semi annually and their difficulty is quiet manageable.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The yearly fees are different each year for junior college and graduation. However it does not exceed 2000-5000 per year until the last year of graduation. Here you'll have to select a few subjects and pay fees accordingly. In the last year of graduation the fees are 6000-8000 for the year. Remember this is for BCom and not SFC. Also scholarships for excellence performance are provided at the end of the year but that's not a huge amount it's negligible.

Campus Life :

The college has a lot going on for the students. Clubs like Rotaract, DLLE, NSS, Cultural club etc have a lot to offer throughout the year. Campus life is fun and merry even though we don't have a campus to be brutally honest it's the canteen where everyone is hanging out. Books that are available are mainly regional and trending or teenage books are not at all available the classroom have a projector and a lousy windows 7 supported cpu, ancient keyboard and a good for nothing mouse. Sports however is greatly appreciated and supported here. A Gymkhana committee looks after everything related to sports.

Admission :

I always wanted this college for it's reputation among other colleges. I got this college and there were a few more like Sathaye, Bhavans etc which i applied for . If you're wondering why I did not apply for NM, Mithibai or Jai Hind even after securing good grades, that's because the relaxation regarding attendance and the over competitive nature of those colleges. You can peacefully do your thing here unlike NM and Mithibai.

Faculty :

The faculties here are genuine and experienced, they are easily approachable and have an easy going attitude with students. I liked Shuddhodhan Athavle sir and Narayan Pagar sir. The faculties I did not like are sneha chavan miss and Sanjay hankare from junior college. I'm surprised that how can the college appoint a professor to teach English when he has no air about the language himself. I'm talking about Sanjay Hankare from jc. He teaches English to the junior college students and is a mere laughingstock among the students because he does everything but speak and teach English. Sneha Chavan miss from degree cannot handle pressure she overreacts and misbehaves with parents. If you're reading this miss sorry but you're not the best so stop acting and pretending to be it. Talking about the exams there are two exams conducted in an academic year for BCom sem 1 and sem 2 each with a gap of 5/6 months. The difficulty is moderate to high. The marking system is mentioned in the books and the checking is done slightly in favour of the students.

Night Life :

The location of the college is close to the highway and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Airport. There's a Starbucks and subway right in front of the college and a huge public playground behind the college. Hostel facility is not available and the college office and library closes approximately after 7. The premises around the college is totally safe and surrounded by well to do people.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements typically begin in the 5th or 6th semester, depending on the college's policy, with eligibility requirements like a minimum GPA. Companies like motilal , toothsii, and various startups often visit for recruitment. The number of offers made varies by college and course, with 30-40 companies visiting for a batch of 100 students.

The average salary per year ranges from 6-7LPA and the highest package is around 13LPA a year. 70 percent of the students get placed through the college every year . I personally plan to pursue MBA as my post graduation thats why i will not be opting for college placements

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course can be taken by students who want to give professional exams like CA, CS, CMA as the syllabus of B.Com is similar to these professional courses. So you don't have to study extra for B.Com exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Although the faculty here are experts but they still lag with some professional options but to overcome this we are Collaborated with professional to provide the best. Our exams are at a moderate level which a student can clear if he is really engaged in studies. Academics are great and timings of exam depend on the type of exam

Placement Experience:

About 80 to 90 % of the student got placed in the course. Most of the big companies give internships from top companies. The highest package offered was around 7.2 LPA. The average salary package is around 3.5 LPA. The top companies which offered placement are HDFC bank, Accenture, TCS, and Infosys. You get the placement if you got more than 80 % in any course or category. I have planned to do a CA course after completing my degree course.
