Course Curriculum Overview :
This course can be taken by students who want to give professional exams like CA, CS, CMA as the syllabus of B.Com is similar to these professional courses. So you don't have to study extra for B.Com exams.
Fees and Financial Aid :
For B.Com fees is 30000 every year which is divided into tuition fees, eligibility fees, admission fees, exam fees, environment fees, students welfare and development activities, campus maintainance charges
Campus Life :
The annual event of Symbiosis is called Symagine. It is a very grand event hosted by the college. The annual event takes place in the month of December. Library has a lot of books available. There is a reading hall opposite to the library where you can sit and read.
Admission :
I got admission in MIT before but attendance was compulsory there and the college timings were not suiting me. So I chose Symbiosis for B.Com Admission process is very simple. Admission forms are available on the college website
Faculty :
There are 6 subjects in each year. Specialisation subjects can be chosen in 2nd year. There are 100 marks for each subject in each semester. 70 marks are for internal assignments and 30 marks are for external (written exams).
Interview Experience :
No there was no group discussion, interview or written test for the admission. Admission is purely on the basis of 12th standard results on merit basis. If you take admission for 2nd or 3rd year or change your college then you make have to give an interview.
Night Life :
In Gokhale Nagar there are a lot of food stalls where students like to spend their time. And on BMCC road there is a garden where students like to go. It is safe to roam around at night in Gokhale Nagar.
