Course Curriculum Overview :

It was the best course and college combination I was getting so I choose the course. The faculties are very helpful and most of the time you would understand when you listen of course there are exceptions. Most faculties are from IITs. Exams will be held strictly according to the academic calendar and periodically no uncertainties are there in terms of exams. Passing is not much of a deal but scoring above 8.5 cgpa is a little on the difficult side.

Internships Opportunities :

For branches like computer science and electronics and communications and electrical engineering, you have a very good chance of getting internships that too in top companies like Qualcomm, Microsoft, Oracle, and much more.

Placement Experience :

Students from circuital branches get internships from 3rd year itself and placement in the fourth year. All the major technology companies and even core companies come in college placements. Most of the students get placed in one place or another percentage is on the higher side.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Well if your parent's income is below 100000 per annum you get a fee waiver which is extremely helpful you just need to submit your income certificate. Scholarships are not very rare you must need to be aware of them and you may get one.

Campus Life :

There are 3 major fests and all of them are decent but after covid, the quality has dropped even celebrity night was canceled. Too many clubs to join and a very wide variety. Classrooms are air-conditioned and well-maintained (at least for the 1st year). The library is quite helpful and getting books is very easy.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel foods are good, some days it will be quite good and some not as appetizing. Every hostel has its own gymnasium and volleyball and badminton courts some also have table tennis. Registration for a hostel is the easiest task u just need to show up at your hostel's warden's office.

Admission :

Admission is through josaa counseling and marks of jee mains are considered for taking admission. Once you are allocated a seat you need to pay a certain amount of about 15000 to lock your seat and after some time you need to be physically present for verification all the dates will be notified. If you are availing a reservation make sure to have an obc certificate for the current fiscal year.

Placement Experience:

Placements in KIIT are great as they are able to invite almost all top companies across globe and also train the students in the formative year of their bachelor's degree. They also continously guide students about various placement rounds involved for different companies.

Placement Experience:

From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements where they have to show their skills to the interviews in order to get placement. The name of the companies visited are Infosys, Oracle, Dalmia, Tata. The average package the companies give is around 3 to 4 lacs. My plan after getting the degree is to already settle by getting a placement.

Placement Experience:

Placements! Once upon a time in year 2016-17 Amazon, Oracle etc used to come... Now all are just less paying startups who select for 3,4,4.5 lpa on average Yeah some get 9-10lpa if they are really good, opportunities are always there for good students, but not more than this... If you're dreaming a 13,15,20,50lpa package, don't wake up, it's not possible in real life here (atleast till now)

In CSE almost all people get placement and in us and ece ratio is good but in below branch placement is average. I want to do a job in the software field.

Remarks:

This college provides a good environment for professional study. I got alloted to the college through my entrance mark so i chose it. It was my dream to study Electrical engineering but i didn't got the branch in any other college and i got the department over here so i thought it would be better to study here

Placement Experience:

Various companies visit our campus for recruitment. Among those companies the name of some big companies are TATA, INFOSYS, ACCENTURE, JINDAL, LNT. For being able to sit in the interview for any campus a student must have scored a minimum of 7 cgpa and must have good communication skills. In my knowledge there is no big startup by our batch.
