Remarks :

East or West COEP is the Best . Traditional rocky building located in the heart of the city. Great in Sports . Challenging in Academics. Creative in Arts.

Entrance Preview :

MHCET is the entrance exam, It has no interview process. If u get allotted through the CAP rounds, U get directly admitted to the college if u do the needed procedure within time. Actually engineering is like a common process for every student these days, but I'm not one of them, I'm passionate about it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is tough but interesting, its fun getting into the problems and solving them, that what engineers do, we learn a lot in this course. Not only about the technical field but also the things we face in our day to day life as they focus on both theoretical and practical learning.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes they do provide internships, but i have not got any. yes I'll surely avail in TE. So I don't know the average stipend too, but it must be around 5-10 k.

Placement Experience :

Placements are really excellent, once you enter COEP your future is set, you just need to do good what comes to you. So almost we have 905 placement. Avg package is 6 Lac. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Microsoft, TCS.

College Events :

Mind Spark is the technical fest of COEP, where many teams from many colleges from India come for competitions, where we get an opportunity to show any of the talent we have got. Then the COEP ZEST is the Sports Festival of COEP, in which many games tournaments are arranged. The average footfall of this events i suppose must be around 8-10 k. Our authorities guide us, work with us. They really help us a lot financially, Morally and even Physically.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As it is a Government College, Fees is very less comparatively. Other colleges charge around 1 Lac annually whereas COEP charges around 60 k per annum.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes we can avail the fee concession scholarships according to our caste categories. And even some students who wish to take loan for the college fees they are allowed. But this is not provided by the college.

Campus Life :

Best Engineering college in Maharashtra, In every aspect its best. Rank, Cutoff, Academics, Sports, Art. Really Great!! As I mentioned above the events Mind Spark and ZEST, we get a huge platform to show our inner talents to know them, work them out.

Hostel Facilities :

No, never a hostel lite. But i should say hostel is really good. They provide all kind of facilities including 1,2 and 3 sharing rooms. Food is good. No they do not have PGs and I'm not sure about the hostel fees.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni interaction is not that frequent but we do interact sometimes, they are helping and they do help in the development of the college.

Exam Structure :

No not at all, As COEP is an autonomous college we do not have much loads of neither exams nor college timings. Its really a chill culture as we study comfortably and same we appear for exams.

Faculty :

Staff is well experienced with high standards. Its COEP after all, so the teaching faculties are either all masters or PHD with avg of 5 years experience. As the interaction is well and good they can be classified as perfect teachers.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Placement Experience:

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
