Remarks :

College is best it will be improved if government gets more involved in the activities.

Entrance Preview :

Until 2012 , admission process was though CET( common entrance test) for Maharashtra state candidates and AIEEE for other state people but not process is centralized. All have to pass JEE exam . Gulf quota is also there for people outside country.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Many more things to do here. It is an autonomous institution which helps almost everyone who is Worthy of it. All activities including curriculum and extra curriculum have an excellent balance in the campus.

Internships Opportunities :

As per my concern college does not provide any internship but college gives recommendation for you so that you can apply wherever you want.

Placement Experience :

Placement is best among st all remaining colleges in Maharashtra. Placement ratio is around on an average 75% every year. Many giant companies visit every year including Mercedes, Rakuten, DMW, Godrej, Tata groups, etc. Average package goes around 5 lpa

College Events :

Technical events- Mind spark, sport event - Zest Managerial fest - Regatta, Plus many intercollegiate events, interdepartmental events+ interdepartmental events which are all managed by students accompanied by teachers. Budget is all funded by college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Must more affordable than any of the college in Maharashtra. Value for money as it the amongst the best government autonomous college in Maharashtra.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

All government and private scholarships can be availed through college.

Campus Life :

Facilities will help wherever needed. Many big stars and artist are from coep. You can search for "famous people from coep"

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, I was living in hostel for 4 years. Hostel rooms are quite good. Food is also available in same campus. WiFi is available. Affordable for common students also. You have to pay around 30 k per year. And also admission is merit based.

Exam Structure :

This is autonomous institution. Exam is interdependent of Pune university exam. The pattern is of t1(10 marks) +mid-semester (30 marks) + t1(10 marks) + endsemester (50 marks) = 100 marks. Marking system is pointer based.

Faculty :

Almost all senior faculties are PHD in their respective Field. They will also help you personally if you ever needed it. There is teacher mentor mentee program under which there is a faculty behind every 16 people who has to hold at least a monthly meet. And ask for problems or may also take students for outing for relaxation.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
