NIT Srinagar, the technical institute situated in the heart of the valley is surrounded by a beautiful scenery. The centrally funded institute holds its rank in the top 20 most beautiful colleges in India. A well laid fenced playing ground is used for outdoor games and tracking events. The activity center in one hostel has been covered under the Institute networking project with an internet facility in each room. Other hostels have an internet cafe each.
Hostel Facilities :
My hostel life was good but mess food was very bad. In 1st, 2nd, 3rd year we need to do room sharing with other students but in 4th year we are having single room facility with personal high speed internet cable to each room. So there is no problem in ac.
