Remarks :

Moreover college location is good people are good but there is a lack of exposure.

Entrance Preview :

I wrote jee mains exam and got qualified.I always wanted to choose Mechanical branch as automobiles fascinated me always.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Most of it is based on theory but there is a project requirement in our last year .we have make that project on basis of what we learnt so far.

Internships Opportunities :

No the college doesn't provide internships. Some teacher helps but otherwise we have look for ourselves.

Placement Experience :

At the end of year students especially from mechanical ,cs and IT branch get placed .with average package 3-4 lakhs for CS and IT and 5-6 lakhs for mechanical .other branches have low rate of placements

College Events :

Every semester college organise a inter semester meet where we play different game s between semesters.we have coding club ,robotics club , road and crew club etc.

Campus Life :

Football and cricket ground is great for playing .For Athletic activity college is good .But there is no scope of indoor game like cricket and also lacks in gym equipments

Hostel Facilities :

We have a sharing room of 4 person in first year and single room in 4th year.

Alumni/Alumna :

Every year there is an alumni meet in college and they interacts with students .They helps students in internships .

Exam Structure :

I think it's same in all colleges that study before a night is good enough for average score and if u want to score more than you should pay attention is fine .otherwise no tension

Faculty :

Most of them have done their PhD and are well experienced

Course Curriculum Overview:

Teachers put alot of effort to make children understand the concepts. they give real work examples for more clarification so that students can relate easily and understand more efficiently.. recently examination pattern has been changed we have to give one mid sem exam(20)marks and major exam (40)marks. 20 marks for quiz and 20 marks for assignments or projects.

TCS, Maruti suzuki , orange , infosys , HCL, many electronics companies , HP and many other companies provided approx. 300 offers . Good for self learners

Remarks:

Taking addmission in this college should be one's priority only if one is not economically strong and want to do B. Tech. Otherwise, try not to come here. If you can take drop, do that. Campus is close to nature. You can go to treks to take a break. There is almost no pollution at all. Air is fresh. Geographically, college is really good.

Entrance Preview:

The admission to Engineering colleges in J&K is made through JKCET entrance examination. I also got admission through same procedure where in I managed to score 102 marks. I wanted to pursue Engineering in ECE branch and the best engineering college in Jammu based on placements which offered ECE was this college.

Placement Experience:

The placements could be termed as average with most of the students getting offer letter in the range of 2.5-3 LPA. The college couldn't get the students placed in some big companies at higher pay package. The companies which visited our campus during that time included Stayam, Infosys, L&T, Mytas, Hindustan Construction, Canon.
