Likes

Campus life is amazing, full of excitement, joy and fun.
Infrastructure is not so big but quite good.
Faculties are great with students and communication is proper amongst them.

Dislikes

Application process for each and every leave
Half days are not allowed and 6 days college is quite hectic.
Written work is the worst part, making journals and practical files in limited times.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course to learn more about the field of bakery and confectionery. The faculty is well educated but less in student ratio. Teachers teach through their own presentations and have experience of at least more than 5 yrs in the industry. Mid-term exams were held on time and one can easily get through them.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Hyatt Regency, The Oberoi, Radisson Blu, The Taj, etc. With a stipend of 1500 per month. Resumes and interviews are the two most important tasks to be done for internships. Journals and practical files also.

Placement Experience

In diploma from 2nd-semester students are eligible for the placements and in the degree course from 5th semester. Hyatt, taj, Oberoi, Radisson. The highest package from starting is 15k-16k per month. 80% placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Considering the type of facilities provided by the college in terms of education and curriculum, fees are worth it. I got a scholarship of 15% on the basis of the interview. Scholarship for the students on the basis of good marks.

Campus Life

Hotel day is the annual fest in college. Sports day, world tourism day, fashion shows, dandiya night, and freshers' parties are the events that make college more fun. Air conditioners, smart class, and cameras are some of the amenities in the classroom.

Admission

Senior secondary qualification is a must. You can find all the application procedures on the college website. The interview has to be good for the reservation. Everything is good in the admission process. The interview process can be done virtually.

Interview Experience

I had a chance to give an interview to our managing director for admission and on the basis of that I got a 15% scholarship. General knowledge questions about current affairs, wonders of the world and situation based.

From 6th sem placements starts but for diploma students its after completing the internship at respective hotel If the hotel likes you they'll offer you the job or the college reaches out to hotel to offer you job Many hotels n company come for placements like Taj,oberoi, hyatt, retail chains like jio starbucks tim hortons aditya birla etc etc Avg package offered is 3l and max to 10l 90% students gets placed

Excellent placement facility provided in our college. Students are been placed in Palazzo Versace Dubai, Waldorf Astoria Dubai, Vistara Airlines, ITC, IHG property, Taj, Oberoi, Hyatt, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, Fairmont. We have 100% placement in our college. Post completion of my course would like to go in bakery and would like to. Settle abroad.

IHMC Udaipur has an enormous faculty

Remarks:

I did one year Diploma course from the Institute Of Hotel Management And Catering, which is regarded as the best hotel management college in India. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. I already had the experience in the catering business and a certificate from IHMC helped me get a strong footing in the market. I am very helpful for the significant support from the faculty members.
