State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (SIHMCTAN) known as IHM, Jodhpur is a premier hospitality institute, situated in the heart of Sun City in western Rajasthan. This institute was established as a Food Craft institute in 1996 and later on in 2001, it was upgraded to the institute of Hotel Management. It has shown excellent results in the academic and placement activities and always provided aspiring professionals both at the craft level and management level to cater the needs of growing hospitality industry.

I took the nchmct JEE exam to get into the college I was from a general category the criteria of age was 18-24 above the age of 24 you can't get admission in any of the colleges. After you get the results then the process starts so first go to the nearest IHM which will be mentioned in the results itself and ask for all the documents and all the doubts before counselling after clearing the doubts visit the same institution for your counselling, there you will have to fill a form and let them check your all documents. After that you can visit the official website of nchm and fill your choice of IHM there will be chances of rejection from top institutions if your rank is not good enough so fill it cautiously. Once getting admission to any of the Institutes then go to that particular institute for the admission process and there you will be a future hotelier:)
Admission:
Admission is been provided through counselling of NCHM candidates who cleared NCHM entrance test. NCHM conduct entrance exam every year and on basis of rank, colleges are distributed among students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
My college is association with nchm delhi university so they curriculum is will update with the today's instustry. The teachers are well educatied and have the knowledge of both the industry and practical. The college curriculum well go with my future plans and updating my practical skills as they play a major role in the instustry
Admission:
College is good, faculty and seniors are supportive infrastructure is good of college and hostel. Management is good they take instant decision for college and hostel problems.

The course structure is pretty flexible. College is affiliated to the IGNOU group and the course curriculum is prescribed by them. Syllabus covers all the basic knowledge of catering, customer handling, front office, bartending, etc.

Admission:
Everything is good here. No bad remark With perfect nature and greenery in a campus. This college is very good, with the large campus, academic + co-circular activities are also there.
