Course Curriculum Overview :

The term exams were a bit delayed because of the late campaign process. The exams were quite tough as our college is not autonomous and the paper comes directly from MAKAUT so it was a bit tough and hard as well.

Class Size : 1Course Fees : INR 434000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are several companies that come to the college and provide internship opportunities free of cost and some at nominal costs. They offer some amount as a part of the job as a stipend. They frequently visit college campuses.

Placement Experience :

The campus placements are well and good as the college invites big companies but it depends on the skill of the students if they want to work hard and earn a job or just waste time in idle things and be unlucky.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure has been a bit hiked up this year after the Corona intervention. The college is open to all supportive scholarships and financial help. The regular visits of companies to college campus makes it easier for students to get campus jobs.

Campus Life :

Life on the campus is quite good everything is okay be it the staff faculty teachers seniors or others. All are very supportive and good for the future. They help when required even college teachers assist properly in times of need.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is a building a bit outside the campus but it is quite good and well-taken care of by the authority thereby making it quite comfortable to live without any problems. It is not hard to get registered as there is a person for hostel management.

Hostel Fee : INR 72000 per year

Admission :

Admission was generally based on my skills and my 12th marks. The marks of competitive marks were also considered. I had given Wbjee exams and Jee-mains and I joined the college on basis of those ranks

Overall a Standard College; have parallels to its parent college FIEM

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 6th Semester many MNCs and startups like CTS, TCS, Virtusa, Wipro, etc visit our campus for internship opportunities as well as pre-placement offers. Most of the students do crack some or other internship opportunities and get in-hand industry experience. For our batch the highest offer we received is 7LPA and the average package ranges at about 4.5 - 3.5LPA ! Almost everyone does get placed, but the average ranges at about 70%-80%.

Placement Experience:

Remarks:

The area Berhampur has some communication issues, you can only get connected with Kolkata. College is also too small in size. Labs can be better. The money, which is coming from the government, is not utilised perfectly. Other things are good here.
