Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in doing pharmaceutics as it is in great demand Faculty: Students ratio in different specializations is different but in mine, it is 3:1. all teachers are post-doc. There is an annual calendar according to that exam happens and exam are easy to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

The companies like Zydus, Bajaj, and byjus provide stipends of approximately around 20000,80000, and 50000 respectively, college provides internship opportunities for every student doing any type of course from BHU.

Placement Experience :

A student who is in the 3rd sem is eligible for campus placement, companies like Zydus, Cipla, iqvia and they approx take 10-20 students. they give an average of 7-8 lakh and the highest 15 and I am planning to get a decent job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fee increment does not happen as it is a government college and there are many scholarships program I am getting a stipend from the government as I have cracked GPAT other than that there are many national programs.

Campus Life :

life at the campus is good and relaxing there are many fests like technic -march, Kashi yatra- Jan, spardha - dec, there are many books and approx 30 journals we have AC and smart classes. they conduct sports events regularly in every month.

Hostel Facilities :

Facilities that are provided in the room are table, chair, bed and cupboard food is excellent and the menu is different for different days the easy process of taking hostel is just by submitting fess online i don't know about the rented room as I live in a hostel.

Admission :

The eligibility of the course is that you must be GPAT qualified and you will find the application on the official site of BHU, There are 20 seats for general category students 5 seats for EWS students 10 seats for OBC, and the rest for SC and ST. Everything is fine in the admission process

Interview Experience :

Question related to my bachelors degree was there first fill out the admission form, they will shortlist the student and then they have to give the exams and after clearing the exams the students are given their subject according to their rank, just refer to your graduation books.

Placement Experience:

Students in the final semester become eligible for the campus placements. 95 percent of the students were employed in the various sector such as pharmacovigilance and academics as well. The highest pacakge was 8 LPA and the lowest was 4 LPA. My plan was to join the academics along with that prepare for the PhD for which the college guided me very well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly, I chose this course as it included concepts of Biology and Chemistry, the subjects I liked the most. The no. of faculties in my department are about 35-40 and the total number of students might be around 450-500. Most of the faculties have a doctoral degree and at least their Master's Degree in any specialization and the way they teach is excellent and it's just a rumor that students of Amity University do not study, or nobody studies there or teachers are not at all good. The exams are timely conducted and it's not that difficult to pass the exams as there's not that much stringent checking done for answer sheets like other universities

Admission:

I had received good grades in my B.Pharm graduation. There is an entrance test of FATE is another eligibility criteria for the admission my scorecard was a good one. So securing admission was not a tough part for me.

Placement Experience:

The association of the college with big companies help us to get a good placement by the end of our graduations. The maximum package which a student gets is of Rs.12 lakhs. Each year many students are placed in big companies by the placement cell.

Entrance Preview:

Department of Pharmaceutics is the first Pharmacy college of India. The department is established in 1932 by Prof. M.L. Schroff. Who is also known as Father of Indian Pharmacy. I cracked GPAT-2013 (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) and secured AIR-186. It was my dream to get admission in M. Pharm at Department of Pharmaceutics, IIT(BHU).

Admission:

Through GPAT score (80%) and Personal Interview(20%), Common merit list was prepared and seats allotted as per the criteria and reservation. Only 30 seats are available. GPAT rank holder up to 200 may get admission (Gen/OBC). for ST/SC it may be up to 500. Now they take entrance examination also just like NIPER.
