Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course (Btech) as I had an interest in science and engineering. The faculty is very good, supportive, and helpful and have decent behavior with all the students. The mid-term exams took place after 2.5 months after the admissions and end term exams were after 5 months after admission. The exam system is also very nice, the question paper was of a very decent level so that everyone could atleat pass the exam.

Internships Opportunities

There are several opportunities for students for internships as campus ambassadors and other positions too. The stipend for internship goes from 10k - 25k+ projects are given to students in a regular basis after 1st year. Recently a student in 3rd year got an internship at Microsoft.

Placement Experience

Students get eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester i.e. in the 3rd year. There were 200+ offers made last year and many companies like KPMG, Amazon, Microsoft and more visited our college campus for placement. Almost every student gets placed in our college approximately 92-96 %. After my degree I want to have a decent job and also I have a keen interest in music.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total cost for 1 year is 300000/- for B.Tech. And if you opt for the hostel it costs 100000/- more. Scholarships are given on the basis of students as per their academic and overall performance. Also, campus placements are also given to students as campus ambassadors.

Campus Life

Graphic Era has a very nice campus with all the facilities one would need to keep themselves engaged. We have a basketball court, a shooting range, a football/cricket ground, a badminton court, 2 libraries, and more. Books are issued by the college only. Also, there are several clubs for music, dance, and acting. There's a Geeta session club also. Classrooms are very spacious with projectors and whiteboards as well with a capacity of around 180 students.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are quite spacious as compared to other pgs and rooms around the locality. We have 4 meals per day and a special menu like chole bhature on Sundays. The registration process for a hostel is done at the time of admission.

Hostel Fee: INR 150000 per year

Admission

The admission process was quite good and smooth. I didn't have any problem getting into this college. No there was no entrance exam for admission to our college. Admission was done based on either board exam percentage or jee mains ranking.
