Course Curriculum Overview
It's the best across agribusiness schools in India, as it's an only premier institute which focuses on Agriculture management research. It deals with agribusiness perspective towards your skills and the students are chosen accordingly from Agriculture and allied fields which include fisheries, horticulture, food tech, Agri Eng, veterinary sciences, etc.
Internships Opportunities
Similar, we do provide Internship with best projects guided by a mentor from the College faculty for each student. The average stipend goes between 10 K to 30 K still due to limited students and the internship goes based on the learnings from the project.
Placement Experience
NAARM has come up to the best B-school in a span of six years from the time of the course beginning in 2009. It has recorded 100% placements year on year with average packages goes up to 8 lakhs, while the lowest being 6 L and the highest 14 L. However the agri-industry depends on monsoon which would directly or indirectly affect the placements in terms of packages
College Events
Extra curricular activities are must as they teach to lead the way of life. Every day you would be having different events since the clubs have their own role to play in the College driven by students. Darpan, Manthan, Tarang, Sanskriti, Prakriti, which you can check on Facebook regarding the activities. The National event as Sankalp where students from across all the B-schools participate at NAARM campus.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The most feasible fee structure you can find. Including all, it takes 3 L per annum, since being a Central Government administered organization it's a non-profit based and the fee goes most affordable when compared to other B-schools. The amenities one receives are more than what we pay for.
Fees and Financial Aid
As few limited students are selected for NAARM and with the most affordable fees, as of no scholarships are provided. Hope may be in the future and the certification for a loan is provided by the college.
Campus Life
As I have mentioned regarding clubs and student-faculty ratio in above comment. The gender ratio goes on from year to year and at present, it is 2:1 for boys and girls.
Hostel Facilities
Its Individual room for every student with attached bathroom and the best food. The menu ranges from 7 to 12 items in every meal. The overall 6 lakhs include all the rentals and other amenities.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni are most helpful, which standouts to be the backbone. Since the inception, only 6 batches have passed out the network id fairly good.
Exam Structure
It seems to be hectic but remembers you are being to a B-school and the first thing one should learn is how to manage. The environment teaches to scope up leave to the full extent which would be the best part of your life. Finally, it's a chilled day when you learn to manage things.
Admission
The administration process is very tedious, you can better consult any candidate who has attended the NAARM admission session. It starts with situation based essay writing, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview with a panel of high profile academicians(Principal Scientist), the toughest.
Faculty
The renowned agriculture scientists in the field of economics, statistics, agribusiness, extension, human resources, Intellectual property rights, value chain, etc are the In-house faculty and apart you would have guest faculties from industries and other B-schools across India. The best faculty with a student to professor ratio of 1:1.
