Remarks

To get admission to an MBBS course in a government medical college, students should pass his/her 12th class from PCB with a minimum percentage of 60%. and then after it, students have to clear cut-off marks in the NEET exam. application form for this exam is available on NTA official website. The application fee is about 1200 rs for General/OBC and about 800 for st/sc aspirants. Application dates are announced on the website. for this exam appropriate reservation is given to the eligible candidates. there is no need to change in the admission process as this is very simple.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The profession of a doctor is a very noble profession. in this profession, you get the opportunity to serve the public. in my college faculties are complete, no need to worry about the faculty-student ratio. all facilities are experts in their field and are well qualified. they have excellent teaching methods. College is conducting exams from time to time and there is a criterion of 50% minimum passing marks.

Internships Opportunities

5

Usually, in MBBS college there is nothing like the placement. There is a mandatory internship program of one year and the stipend paid to students is 17000. During this internship program, students get the opportunity to serve in different departments.

Fees and Financial Aid

the only problem in Government Medical College Haryana is the bond policy. so if a student is interested to take admission then he/she must be aware of the bond policy. the annual fee is not too less but it is normal (80000). students from weaker backgrounds can get scholarships from the state government.

Campus Life

4

The annual function which is held every year in this college is 'ENDORPHIN' which is conducted in October month. College life is not too hectic. The campus is very good with all its facilities, greenery, wifi, sports activities, and with extracurricular activities. The library is A1 with all kinds of books and journals l related to the medical field The class has all the facilities which are required for a top class college, fully AC rooms, equipped with projectors and speaker system. The campus lacks sports grounds. All the extracurricular activities are held on a regular basis.

Hostel Facilities

5

The hostels are the best among all the medical Colleges in India I challenge. There is an attached let-bath. a room is for two students with high-class furniture. Every room has 1 balcony. The food variety is very vast and the mess workers are professional cooks and make good quality healthy and tasty food. The registration process for a hostel is very simple and students have to just fill out an application form. The hostel is present on campus and near to college building.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I've always wanted to become a doctor. Every batch consists of 150 students and for every subject, there are at least 4-5 professors. All faculty members are of course doctors with varying degrees of specialization in their respective fields. Their teaching method is through PowerPoint slides for theory classes and practical's are held in respective labs as it happens everywhere else usually. As for now, due to COVID exams being postponed otherwise before the pandemic, exams were held on time. Exams in a medical college are always slightly more difficult than other courses otherwise if you study properly it's not that tough to pass.
