Admission is based on West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination(WBJEE). The lower rank you have in WBJEE, the better chance you get to take admission to my college. All details are provided on the college's website and there is no reservation.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose ECE because Jobs are available everywhere and with some basic knowledge ECE engineers can do wonders with the training provided by companies. The faculties are highly qualified and the faculty and student ratio are approximately 1:7. Some teach us very well. Exams happen every month and semester exam is hard to pass.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As our college is a government engineering college, there is no fee hike policy. The cost of study for my course is 60,000 in 4 years. There are Swami Vivekananda Scholarship that helps financially weak students very much. I got a job with a stipend of 25,000/month.

Campus Life :

Our annual tech fest name is "Espektro" and it is organized in March every year. There is a library and a lot of books are available there. The classrooms are good and big. Sports are organized every year.

Overall a Standard College; have parallels to its parent college FIEM

Placement Experience:

At the end of the 6th Semester many MNCs and startups like CTS, TCS, Virtusa, Wipro, etc visit our campus for internship opportunities as well as pre-placement offers. Most of the students do crack some or other internship opportunities and get in-hand industry experience. For our batch the highest offer we received is 7LPA and the average package ranges at about 4.5 - 3.5LPA ! Almost everyone does get placed, but the average ranges at about 70%-80%.
