Remarks :

I believe the admission process is good. It was based on HS cut-off. However, we need to remove the quota system to provide equal opportunity for everyone. Provide a good system while accepting forms, for example: eliminating the long queue.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Term exams happened fine during the first semester. Covid hit our batch from the second semester and since then the sessional exams were a bit untimely. The online sessional exams were easy, the offline exams during 5th and 6th sem were as difficult as they were supposed to be.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 800 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees structure is affordable for any given course. Financial assistance was provided for the books brought each semester from the govt of Assam. There were no jobs or placement opportunities given to us.

Campus Life :

We had foundation day in the month of November, fresher's on July - August. There's a huge Library with all textbooks and on Assam history, along with other subjects We have digital screens in each classrooms. There's badminton, cricket, carrom, tennis, and all other kinds of outdoor games. Social clubs or groups for college stuff exists only on WhatsApp. Not beyond that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I belong to a commerce background. For one subject there is many faculty and one faculty for 100 student ad most of them are PhD holder. There is an exam within 3 months after admission it is called sessional exam and it is not so difficult because teachers take class every day and explain very nicely and after six months there is a semester final examination and 95% of student pass the semester exam easily

Placement Experience:

Students of Masters get their placements most probably and only B.com (h) finance and accounts will be getting paid internship at their 3rd year I don't know about all the companies but some companies like amazon, bajaj, tata come for campus recruitments as shown in the prospectus of the college. The highest average package is 1 lakh. 20 to 30% of students get placements in reputed companies After I complete my Graduation I will continue my Fathers business and I will also complete my post-graduation.
