Remarks :

I had applied to Shiv Nadar University for the Btech Cse course but couldn't clear the paper and I have also applied for DU (Delhi University) for a BA course in English and physics but again couldn't clear the so-called cutoff.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had opted for BSc so my course curriculum was divided into six semesters with all the specializations one can think the environment has.in 1st two semesters, we learned about GIS and Remote sensing part and from 3 to 4 semesters we have a dissertation part which is compulsory for all, you can choose from the topics that they provide. in the last 2 semesters, we had 1 compulsory internship and we got to know more about environmental technology part more. faculty members are great all of them are PhDs holders with a high level of experience from ISRO and DRDO.

Internships Opportunities :

the internship is compulsory for my course. you have to go for 3 months for an internship in your desired field. mine was a green building but due to covid, all my work was online. you also have to make a report of the work that you have done and have to present it to the university. I intern at a company named Earthwood services Pvt limited.

Placement Experience :

you will be eligible for placement in your final semester as per my course. I haven't applied for placement as I have opted for a master's but there are a few companies that have come for placement some of them are WWF, a few NGOs, etc. highest package offered was somehow between 5 to 5.5 LPA and the lowest was 3. In my class, only 10 are applied for placement of which 6 are placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Amity is slightly at a higher level in terms of fees compared to other private colleges in Delhi NCR.so, BSc is also the same. The total amount that will cost you for pursuing a BSc at this university excluding hostels will be around 3.5 to 4 lakhs. there are many affordable restaurants near our college and we also got a mess that is cheap concerning CCD, dominos, and subway in our college. there are few scholarships available, you will get to know more about this in their online admission forum. you will get a paid internship in your final semester and the stipend will be dependable on your skill and knowledge.

Campus Life :

Amity is all about fests and celebrities who will come to campus every 4 months. there are 3 to 4 annual fests which are big and 4 to 5 normal ones. we also have a gigantic modernized library which will surely blow your mind. it will contain all the books you will need and you can borrow them by showing your I card. we have a centralized ac system in every classroom and a proper modern board for writing and ppt purposes. you can opt for different sports your choice from swimming to shooting everything is here. there are many groups which you can take part in .they come to your classroom for selecting interesting students.

Interview Experience :

My GD was like a piece of cake, they simply asked things that are not even necessary for taking admission to a college or a university. they asked me about my father's profession and my hobbies and what I like to do in my free time.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is vast while focusing on theory and practical approaches to the subject at the same time. The experiments are interesting too. The curriculum covers a large number of topics and also makes sure to relate them to real-life applications. There's a good scope for improvements in practical experiments, though. Frequency is fine since we have class tests, internals and then externals. One or two exams can be really tough each semester; otherwise, they're in the middle majority of the time.

Practical tutorials are major aspects of curriculum which influenced me to opt for this course. The curriculum provides an overall development of theoretical as well as practical aspects of the course which help in better understanding of real life applications. There are three theoretical and 1 practical paper annually along with them quizzes and group discussion are also provided.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course basically taps the practical aspect of science and its a research based subject so its very fun to read the books attend the labs and classes. My course doesn't give you placements after completing your degree you have to study a lot in this but eventually you will get paid more than your friends if you succeed in tracing the path correctly

Course Curriculum Overview:

I made my decision to apply for this curriculum because apparently I wanted to prepare for the Civil Services Examinations and this course doesn't require much of your attention .The fact that this is not a professional course and is not much demanding like other Engineering and Medical courses. Well the curriculum does not connects you to the real world as it doesn't provide practical knowledge rather it gives you theoretical and much deeper knowledge about the subjects. Improvement can be made on including more application based practical stuff along with the pure science as a whole. Bsc makes you fall in love with the subject as it tends to provide pure scientific knowledge in depth. The teaching methods can be more practical and well demonstrative to ease students understand the complex topics. The level of exams is moderate to difficult, students who love their subjects with good preparation can ace the examination and achieve academic success as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If you have interest in science then you must do B.Sc with PCB, this is a very good course. After doing B.Sc. MSC, you can become a very good teacher. After doing this course, you can also go into research field. Chemistry should be explained in a more practical manner in the B.Sc. course. The paper is of 2 hours and is neither difficult nor easy to complete.
