Remarks :

I did my ug degree at Ajk College of Arts and Science. I'm fully satisfied that all the facilities are too friendly and the management was also too good. The campus was eco-friendly and ragging-free. All are equal rights on campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I did BCom with professional accounting which is one of the best courses. If we take b com professional accounting it is very easy to do CA. Major accounting concepts are covered in this course and there you can have good and friendly facilities. All facilities are very supportive and motivational. They give many important tips before exams.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

From the second semester, the internship will be started. The college will provide required companies for the students to do internships and the facilities also help the students to find companies to do internships. It is compulsory that all students must do at least one internship. In the final year, all the students have to submit a project relating to their course.

Placement Experience :

The students are eligible for placement from the 5th semester. The companies that appear in college for placements are TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahendra, Sutherland, ITC, Taj hotel, Wipro,etc. The average salary package is 2.5lacs per annum. In 2021-2022 the placement percentage is 99%. The college also provides Mcom for the students who did BCom in that same college with concession.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Compared with other colleges in Coimbatore, the fees are less and provide bus facilities to all the students. Even those who are coming from Kerala. The college provides scholarships for students who score more than 80% in 12th. Then all the students are monitored under CCTV.

Campus Life :

In Ajk there are at least two functions in a week. There are annual day, sports day, Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, Pongal celebration, Vishu celebration, then various departments conduct department competitions. There are two libraries and every student is registered on a list. There are different clubs, so the students can join the club and participate in the competition and activities conducted by the clubs. Then there are NCC and NSS interested students who can join.

Placement Experience:

The 5th semester makes the students eligible for campus recruitment and then they often have campus recruitment from the month of November to may Pretty much VIPRO , KALIMARK and many other more MNC companies and much more visit the college for recruitment basis Most students don't opt for placements because they want to do a PG course but I would say 65% of people going for placements get one job or the other I plan on doing a PG as well
