Remarks :

The college is excellent with great academics and enough extra curricular to develop an individual in all round sense. College management is also great with great support for students and lot of independence to students and unions.

Entrance Preview :

I opted for this college because besides IITs, this was the best option for me with great faculty and great education which makes a person a complete all round personality.

Placement Experience :

Yes, so many companies came like: Amazon, CASA Grande pvt. ltd., CSS Corp, Excela.com, Flextronics, Sutherland global services, Tridax, Dugar, QSpiders, IKIA Estates, SUBA, Justdial, Cooper Elevators, Caddam technologies pvt ltd., Kun Auto company pvt ltd. Magic hive, iCore, RMD Pvt Ltd, Giri Brothers, Skyrams pvt. ltd., Viswaroop, Finecom etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure is less as compare to other colleges. Fees is feasible like 40,000 per annum which is not that much expensive.

Campus Life :

Labs are very good. I can tell much on sports activity as in this college sports activities are more. We had on-line collaboration facility where students can share their thoughts. I too interacted with many people and the course is very lovely.

Faculty :

Faculty was superb, and we have every lessons on-line. Therefore we have live classes where teacher can interact with students. I had many quires on pursuing the course the teachers are very helpful in clarifying any doubts.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
