Remarks :

College environment is nice. But infrastructure is only somewhat only okayish. And they must also improve the quality of food. Faculties behaviour is the major plus. Nothing negative except food and infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I took B.E. Civil Engineering. The course curriculum was so useful and knowledgeable. The exam structure was fine. They conduct daily tests and internal exams monthly twice. So it was helpful to face my semester exams

Placement Experience :

Placements were so poor in our college. They also don't provide internships. They provide industrial visits to their respective students. Placements for computer science students were somewhat good. that's it.

College Events :

Our college celeberates only selected events. Some of them are Freshers day, Graduation day, ayutha pooja fest, pongal fest, Technical symposiums. When I was studying third year I lead the technical symposium for civil department which was a great success even Chief guest also appreciated the works.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible. Our college offers Free education for students who scored good marks in their 12th standard which is a major plus. Our college never waste money on advertising instead they invest on students for the bright future of them and also for our country.

Campus Life :

Our college does not have any extra curricular activities. But conducts sports meet every year. Both intercollege and intracollege tournaments take place. Our college has somewhat good laboratories.

Hostel Facilities :

No I didn't opted for hostel. My home is just 45kms away from college so I opted out. Hostel infrastructure is nice. Separate floors for separate years. Only problem about hostel is their food. Food is not up to the level.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes alumni network were so useful. My friends got job offers through the senior students. Most of them are working in core companies only. So the help us a lot. They always be in a good touch with us.

Admission :

They visited my school and helped me lot during HSC exams by sending question papers and answer keys and all. And I visited the college, I loved the college atmosphere and the behaviour of staffs. This is how I got the admission.

Faculty :

So Friendly. They encourage us a lot. They taught us more out of the syllabus. They were also a lifeline to us. We share everything with almost comfortable. Whole college faculty was so nice with us.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
