Remarks :

The admission process is completely online mode. The main eligibility of the course is higher secondary graduation from a recognized board. I take admission under government Meritt through allotment. The main need to take admission under the government seat is to qualify Kerala engineering entrance examination with a high score. Management and NRI students got admission by directly contacting the college. Reservation benefits are provided to students who got admission to government seats.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Food technology is not a core branch in engineering, it's not a much familiar course in the engineering field but this course offers a huge number of job opportunities inside and outside India this is one of the reasons why I am going for this course. All the faculties in AJCE are highly talented and educated, they have a proper vision about the subjects they are tutors. Faculties cabins are arranged within their departments so students can easily and fastly clear their doubt anytime. Term exams are conducted twice a semester as per the university model. It's really tough to pass out the exams because the syllabus provided apj technological is very tight.

Class Size : 54Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience :

Generally, placement opportunities are provided to students from their seventh semester onwards. IT core companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys are offering high salary packages to students. Students who didn't have any black papers are eligible to attend campus placements. 1200000 per year is the highest package offered in campus placement. Mostly cse students are got placement through campus placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Feeses are different for different branch students on the basis of the demand for seats. In a class, half number of seats are reserved for government merit students and the other half of the seats are for management and NRI students. Tuition fees of management and NRI students are decided by college management. Fees of government merit are fixed by the government its uniform in all engineering colleges in Kerala. Financial assistance is provided by the management to economically backward students.

Campus Life :

Amal Jyothi science and innovation technical fest AJSITF is one of the best and big technical fests conducted all over Kerala. Which improves students' technical knowledge and skills. Other than this moto expos, seminars, webinars workshops are conducted to students for industry ready. Besides technical events, extracurricular events like sports day, arts day, campus day, cultural days are celebrated. AJCE have a well resourceful library with more than 30000 books that helps students to refer to their syllabus. Digitally equipped and fully wifi authorized classrooms are the other notable feature.

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
