Remarks :

IIIT Banglore is one of the best engineering colleges in India and the college is spread on around 10 acres of land the crowd is low in comparison to other colleges. After clearing GATE I was shortlisted according to my GATE and academic score and was invited to take part in GD and PI round. After clearing those rounds successfully I was allowed admission to the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is up to date and all the latest techniques and tricks are taught us through the curriculum of the program. The curriculum gives us an opportunity to explore our innovative skills and help us to develop our decision making and problem-solving skills. The faculty of the college is not only of PhD level but they are very professional and have very good research and industrial experience that is very beneficial for us. Their teaching methods are a mixture of theoretical and practical methods and they also train us through simulative exercises to keep us aware of the problem-solving technique.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 325000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college internship program is a very good opportunity for us to implement theoretical knowledge in the corporate world and learn about the working style of the professional world. We can take part in the college internship program after completing the first year of our program. The average stipend for an internship is around 65k.

Placement Experience :

IIIT Banglore is very popular for its placement offers. The college is not only high on education standards but the placement packages of the college are also on the higher side. The college maintains a 100% placement record every year and the highest placement package reaches up to 46 LPA and the average salary p[acakge is around 19 LPA which very good packages offer in comparison to many engineering collge of such stature. The college placement committee members are also very professional and have very good industrial experiences.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college provides scholarships on the merit base and on the need base. To know more about the college scholarship program one can visit the college's official website you can visit the college campus. The college complete course if 6.50 lakh which is on higher side one can also avail education loan if he/she is not able to meet the scholarship eligibility but the college placements packages are on the higher side on an average the salary offers goes up to 19 LPA which is a very good return on investment.

Campus Life :

The college is spread approx 10 acres of land the college is small but the college infrastructure is very well maintained and the campus is kept neat and clean. The college classrooms are highly ventilated and equipped with AC and a digital board. The college library is the source of many knowledgeable books from one of the best seller authors from around the world. The college labs are high-end and properly maintained.

Hostel Facilities :

The rooms are p[roperly ventilated and fully furnished with beds, almirahs and study tables. The rooms are available on a triple, double and single sharing basis and for M.Tech single sharing rooms are available. The hostel food is good and proper hygiene is maintained. The hostel wardens are professional and the hostel staff is properly trained. The hostel security system is also very good.

Manipal- The most beautiful experience one should look for.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Very effective, the course was revised a year back when i joined. So it was up to date. Yes it helps us to deal with real world, so many things i learnt are resonating with my job now. Specialy the labs, where sir taught about the documents the construction companies posses and how they are used. There were exams every 2 months.

REVIEW OF NITK MTech ECE Department

Placement Experience:

After 2nd sem student gets eligible for campus placement. In last sem Samsung ,Qualcomm , analog devices, Texas instruments, AMD,Marvel,ARM , Cdot so many companies visited for the placement, highest package was arround 35 lpa which is offered by analog devices, profile was analog engineer average package is near about 15-18 lpa . Till now 50-60 % student get placed . In 2022 the placement percentage was 80-90 % due to inflation the companies deceases recruitments . That's why now our college is allowing for 11 months internship that's why in our batch almost 60% student gets the internship offer which was less at the time of our seniors so may be this year placement percentage gets increased to 80-90 % .. my plan is simple just take the placement from the campus as 60% student already gets the internship so there will be less completion so there will be more chances to get the placement

Honest NITK MTech life.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd semester we are eligible to get internships so along with so many students can get ppo. No of companies visited all are there in nitk website but placement is good. In my course highest placement is 10lac and lowest 4.5 and average 5-6lac In my course around 85-90% students get placed. I wanted to job in pharmaceutical companies

east or west NITK is best

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester the placement session starts. Average package is quite a good about 12lpa in the current scenario. About 80-90 percent students get placed every year from the college itself and also some students goes to higher studies. My plan is to get a placement after completion of my degree.
