Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College is a NAAC accredited college and top ranked among Interdisciplinary colleges in India. Admission process is on the basis of Merit of Class 12 final marks. Campus recruitment and Placements are also good in the institute.

Course Curriculum Overview

A.J.C. Bose College offers BCom programmes both in General and Honours. Individual attention is provided to students through remedial coaching. The exams are semester wise conducted and follows grading system.

Placement Experience

Campus Recruitment Programme in n last year Tata Group selected 18 students for salary packages. of INR 2.8 LPA. Counseling and placement Cell organizes various skill development programs for job training.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for BCom (Gen) for per year is INR 11,250. For 3 year course, the total comes around INR 33750 inclusive of fees of Library, Maintenance ,Tuition, College Exam etc. Students belonging to SC/ST category are granted stipends. In addition there are Minority Scholarship and free-studentships to meritorious and economically weak students are also provided.

Campus Life

The infrastructure features include auditorium, seminar halls, ICT class room, Indoor and outdoor sports facilities, N-listed Library, etc. Seminar, Debate, Quiz contest, Cultural activities like dance, drama, etc are organised. Annual Social, Annual Games and Sports, Educational Excursions and other activities, are also conducted.

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

The package are mainly around 1.8-2.6 LPa in average. forty percent students are prepared themselves for interview and others are looking for higher education and others are prepared for other services.
