It is really worth doing MCA via distance education from a UGC-approved distance education university. mathematical Foundation of Computer Science, Accounting and Financial Management, Computer Organization, Computer and 'C' Programming, etc are major subjects

Course Curriculum Overview:

This is one of the best colleges in Assam or in fact the entire north east India. This is the oldest college in northeast India. One gets admission into this college only if he clears an entrance examination named CEE and JMEE gets a good rank in it.

Pros and Cons of study in NERIM, Guwahati

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course as it gives me an open field to explore in the software sector. There are 20 to 25 members of the faculty. Student ratio 2:1. All the faculty members are MCA and MSc IT holders. Some of them are Ph.D. holders as well. Their teaching method is very good. It works for me pretty well. There are one end-semester exam and two internal exams. The difficulty level is quite hard.

Knowledge In a friendly and Respectable Manner

Placement Experience:

From the final Year, Students are eligible for internship and pre-placement opportunities. Average salary package idls 5 to 7Lpa provided by various companies 70 per cent stufents get placements. The companies give good packages. The highest package goes above 10 Lakhs. The companies are like accenture, TCS. My plans are to go for Research Field in my respective domain
