College of engineering kidangoor review

Remarks :

I have got admission to this college by my rank in the KEAM entrance exam. Admission processes are under the control of the commissioner of the entrance examination. I give a 3 out of 5 stars for infrastructure in the college

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have an interest in programming and coding so I have opted for this course. The faculty is well qualified and friendly. We get good freedom in college. Faculties are supportive. Exams are conducted timely anyone who attends the classes can pass the exams. It's upon you if you fail.

Placement Experience :

From S7 companies visits for placements like TCS Wipro Infosys etc. Students who are eligible will surely get jobs in the campus placement. The average package is about 3-4 LPA. About 50% of students are placed in various companies. I am into entrepreneurship so I plan to do a start-up.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college is controlled by CAPE under the control of the Kerala government so fees are not as much as a self-financing college. 35000 per year is the tuition fee. We get various scholarships from the government and also a scholarship is given by CAPE. Many companies visit our college for campus placements one who clears all the papers can get a job in campus interview.

Campus Life :

There are many activities in our college that aim the social commitment. Campus life is very enjoyable we get much freedom from there. There is room to show your skills and extracurricular activities. The faculty and seniors are very helpful in those activities. The library contains many books that we can refer to. Aminities are there on each floor. College prmotes sports activities. Students run many clubs and start-ups parallel to their academics

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are not in the campus but there are many private hostels are working around the campus under the control of the PTA. They provide good food for the students. The college will accomdate us in nearby hostels.

Students who have completed their sixth semester can start their placements. Infosys, Wipro,TCS, digitalcore, USTGlobal , Sutherland, Accenture etc had taken placements from last years. The average package starts from 120000 lpa and highest was 700000lpa. This year itself more than 800 students was placed in different companies.
