I took up Karnataka CET to get through into this college, reason for why I choose this college is it was best college in karnataka for my particular course of interest.

The course curriculum is just amazing, it teaches you what is required when you become a professional. As it is a autonomous college it has scope for changing syllabus, that's why it has all the updated subjects in its syllabus. The course I opted for was civil engineering and it provides all the knowledge required to start your own business in civil field.

Yes, our college provides lot of facility for internships and generally the stipend is around 15000 - 200000.

Placement is good for computer science an information Science department but not satisfactory for civil engineering or other domain of engineering. Around 250 Companies come every year to hire students from BMS college of engineering. So the placement is 100%.

Fee structure is high for management students, it's not really affordable by middle class section of the society. However if we enter through CET or ComedK then the fee structure is same everywhere. But management seats are really expensive they are upto 4.5 lakhs per annum for few branches.

Yes, college offers a lot of scholarships, management gives awards in the form of price money for the students who perform well academically. It helps students who perform well by providing various scholarships.

We will have alumni meets every now and then which keeps the student of BMS college of engineering in constant touch with the alumni students of BMSCE.

We have 3 internals every semester the best 2 of 3 counts for the finals grades, it's a continuous evaluation system 50 %of marks is weighed based on internal assume that and the other 50% of the marks is weighed based on final exam which us conducted at the end of semester.

Admission process was quite simple, I got through KCET and I had got my admit card through Karnataka board.when I carried that card and submitted few details like sslc marks card puc marks card etc I was asked to pay the fees for college and was given with a provisional ID card.

Faculty of civil engineering department are well qualified and all of them have really good experience in teaching field, and they are well qualified and and very approachable when we have doubts even after the teaching hours. They provide best support in their capacity.
