Remarks :
I'm from AP, So chennai will be a near and will be easy for transportation.IITM is NIRF ranking 1.Also IIT Madras is very close to nature.I have visited websites like College duniya, shiksha.So enrollment into the institute will be through JOSAA counselling.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I took this course because of my rank but later I found this course really interesting.Faculty were highly qualified.Most of the faculty members are PhD graduates from reputed institutes. We got into college in November instead of August so we had a trimester system rather than semesters.So it's like we will have 3 trimesters instead of 2 semesters(only in 1st year from second year it's normal semester system).Each trimester is for 7-8 weeks and later on the exams will be for a month.Instructors for a course will schedule the exam considering all other exams and they ensure that there is atleast a day gap between two exams.So the paper pattern and evaluation scheme depends on the instructor.If you just listen to the classes and do some work then you will be able to pass the exam.I would rate 2/5 for the toughness of exam
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internship yet as I have just entered my 3rd semester.Internship opportunities are many if you really have skills you can get an intern.
Placement Experience :
After 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements.So as far as chemical is concerned many companies like ITC, mondelez,P&G, Wipro, Schlumberger, Sterlite, Vedanta,Dr Reddy's laboratories etc.No of offers made completely depends on the company.There will be a lot of opportunities for the students to get into a company.Highest package -Rs.32 lakhs , median salary-Rs.11 lakhs per annum.percentage of students who got placed will be above 60%.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees depends on the category you belong to.It will be affordable for students.meals will be included in hostel fee.MCM scholarship-for people who have ECS certificate or for OBC candidatesThere will be scholarshios exclusively for SC/ST students.
Campus Life :
We have Saarang and Shaastra.Both of them are student run.We get a chance to be a part of the team.To be able to get into the team one need write an application and then one should face interview to get into the team.There are a lot of clubs like music,drama,fine arts, finance, coding, sports and many more.so there will be saathi mentors to assist freshies.There will be Mitr that will help students to cope with pressure of study.Many workshops will be conducted like tech related workshops, communication skills workshop and so on.I didn't get a chance to get into the campus due to this pandemic.

JEE mains-2020-99.32 percentile-Rank(around 8000). JEE advanced- September 2020-118 Marks - rank(10007)
Admission :
I have faced written exam, that's the entrance exam.I took coaching for the entrance exam.There will be two exams.JEE mains (If you are good at basics it's easy to crack the exam).I solved many precious year question papers.
