Remarks :

Doon University isn't just a school; it's a place where you can achieve your dreams. This was the reason why I choose this college, to fulfill my dreams. The institution has a team of dedicated, experienced, and qualified professors who provide lectures to the students. Various guest lectures for students are also organised, when industry experts or experts visit to inform students about what is going on in the industry and economy. This all reasons made me choose this college for my studies ahead.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Yes, I believe the curriculum is current and incorporates practically all of the most recent advancements in the industry. Honours studies allow you to specialise in a specific topic, which makes it much easier to find work in that field. Overall, the curriculum is well updated and designed and easy to grasp and learn.

Placement Experience :

Yes, placement in the field of languages is excellent. However, placement in science is poor. Colleges, on the other hand, offer Ph.D. programmes to students. Salary is good as well, but just for language students. There are no jobs in science, but there is only a Ph.D.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

My annual course fee is 62,000 Rs. But I believe it is worthwhile because we will be provided with excellent laboratory facilities. As far as questions for scholarship is considered I don't think that our university provides any such scholarships. But, you don't need to worry much about fees, since it's not much.

Campus Life :

Our college's campus is beautiful. Teachers are extremely helpful. There are no boiling issues on campus, and it is a safe environment for ladies. Elections are held, but there are no major issues. The student council is quite helpful. There are other cultural events held on a regular basis. Every department. It organises its own festival. As a result, there are numerous possibilities to demonstrate our worth.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I talk about me. I don't like physics and chemistry so I choose maths. It is the best subject ever. Our university gives syllabus every semester. In bsc hons. Mathematics there are only subject related to maths. But apart from this we study some more subjects which are usefull for us in upcoming life.

6th sem onwards students become eligible for placements. Highest package alloted here was 84 lakhs to student who carried above 9 sgpa per semester.I'll get a govt job after completing my course and will give other competitive exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is simple, cheap, and widely known so it is the second choice for most science students that was the same with me too. The college has decent personnel but the students are a lot more compared to the teachers. The faculties are good. The semester exams are held every six months and the internal is held one month before the external exams. The exams are easy as you get two sections in the paper with each containing 8 questions from which you need to choose four from each section. You can pass the exams even if you study 2 days just before the exams.

Doon University placement opportunities

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible in the 4th year of matters degree only. Mostly Indian companies come here like treats, Infosys, etc. But sometimes we also have Microsoft and other big companies. The highest package anyone has got was of about Rs.10,00,000 in 2017. The average package which people get is almost Rs.5,00,000. I plan to get a PhD. In statistical maths after completing masters.
