No, I do not apply to any other college I really had an amazing experience studying at JD Institute of Fashion Technology, as I have gained a lot of knowledge about different aspects of fashion design during my course. I have acquired skills in designing, merchandising, CAD, Photoshop, garment manufacturing, pattern making, illustration and much more. I really acknowledge all the faculties at JD Institute for mentoring us to this level where we can stand and fend a job for ourselves in the industry. I have achieved great experience during the annual fashion awards as well. The event gives me a lot of exposure towards exploring the entire design process from conceptualization, to design, to developing the collection and finally taking it to the ramp. Special thanks to the Placement department at JD Institute for providing me with the best placement according to my skills. I am super satisfied with my placement. The college keeps mentoring and supporting me to date even after passing out from the college two years back.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I course fashion diploma and faculty and students ratio of 50:50 Qualification of faculty awesome and best method of teaching. Semester exams and no any difficult for pass exams all the good in this college.

Class Size : 20Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Super overseas export house in Noida under designer internship with 12 thousand stipends. Working project with Zara, h&m, Lucky brand etc. Currently working with sassafras online brand in Myntra with 15 thousand stipends.

Placement Experience :

With 4th semester students become eligible for campus placement and best designer and best brands. Highest package 1000000 and 100000 average packages as per company and profile offer. 100 percent of students got placement. Working with buying a house.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Annual fees structure but I will pay monthly also this option best for me and college provide this option also and best opportunities are given to me for internship and job without brand and best designer yes I got best job opportunities in buying house and internship in an export house

Campus Life :

Yes, they give Facebook and Instagram Page for connecting friends and they also provide fashion shows yes availability of books and journals in the library they also give a website for students run by students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are overall 7 subjects in my course. The core subjects are Basic pattern making, fibre and yarn science, sewing techniques and basic design concept. There's no problem in any of them, all of the subjects are great. The extra subjects are English communication, environmental studies and computer applications. If I could say I have any problem with any of these subjects, I'd say it would be computer application because there are no computers in the college for us to practice on.

Placement Experience:

One of the attractions that this college has is it's association with the famous recruiters that include top fashion designers like Manish Malhotra, Sabysachi and Rina Dhaka and top brands like Armani Exchange, Tommy Hilfiger etc. With a record breaking placement percentage of 99%, all the students who manage to obtain a degree from this institution get a golden chance to associate or connect with the fashion industry by getting placed with these top recruiters. The reason behind this record breaking placement percentage is the way this institute nourishes every child and prepares him to be ready to sit for a placement. For that, Jd Institute helps in Portfolio Development which is the most important criterion that one has to excel in. Apart from that, there are Placement Workshops that are conducted that help students in resume writing, presentation skills, time management etc which are all extremely informative. My plan afte getting this degree is to get a campus placement.
