Remarks :

Admission was taken online only. Some of the courses were selected by the entrance exam. But M.Sc.Applied Geology is not required for any entrance exam. This course selection is based on your Bachelor's degree marks from 1 to 5th semester. Make an online application when available on the university portal. There is no special quata. Such as sports, NCC, or NSS.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The total faculty of this geology department is 5. The facilities taken class are very good. In Alagappa University there was a digital classroom. All the facilities was completed phd. All are very experienced. And have a good manner. The the examination, there was 2 internal term exam for each semester and 1 University main examination including practical

There are many internships provided by universities. Many industrial companies like cement and many mines are welcoming you for an internship. And every student must submit a project during the 2nd year of M.Sc All the facilities are helped to project work

The university provides the fee for M.Sc Applied Geology. In 1st year fee 7000 and 2nd year fee 6500. There was many scholarship in this university. The great scholarship like ongc scholarship and government scholarship and bc mbc scholarship and minority scholarship

Campus Life :

There were conducted many festivals here. Importantly every department has a library. Lot of books in it. Class room is good. There was 2 Yoga classes in every week. Cultural programmes conducted on every fest. Nature of the campus is good

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel fee is yearly 14000. And the mess fee is apart. In room 3 students were stayed. Hostel rooms are huge. Food and accommodation is very good. When you are entering the college they will ask you for hostel. Registration process is simple and quick

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good but it requires to improvement in syllabus aspect. It is kind off all syllabus and in 1st semester have the all the basic things in the syllabus. But they gives seminar to the students and they improve the soft skill off student. Also they have full 4th semester for project and summer internship is also their. I got a application form administration and submitted to the corresponding department and they told me to attend the counselling for admission and they selected me by filtering higher secondary marks.
