Remarks :

The admission process is quite easy students have to give an external exam BVU CET exam to take admission. Top 400 ranks can expect CS/IT, up till 1500 rank Students can opt for EandTC. After the declaration of result date for counseling is published, where students have to go to the college for branch selection and booking the seat for the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum includes eight semesters. There are teachers for each subject. One teacher may teach more than one subject. One teacher is allocated as GM who is there for solving all queries and overall discipline maintenance.

Internships Opportunities :

College ties up with a company every year to provide campus internship opportunities. For 2018-2019 Zensar Technology was associated with conducting internships. For others, they used their sources and applications for internships.

Placement Experience :

Placements are good in terms of quantity. 90+% of students got placement. In terms of quality in this corona term, the lowest package was 3.5 LPA and the highest package was 21 LPA. The average package was 4-5 LPA. In CS/IT/E&TC all students were placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is constant for one batch i.e. for the 2017-2021 batch. For me, the fee was 112000 per year. But students are expected to pay exam fees apart from this annual fee for each sem. In 2017 -2021 batch NS - Network security 3-year diploma was inculcated with Btech so our fee included those charges.

Campus Life :

We have an annual fest called Bhartiam which is organized by college departments. Apart from this fest different groups/cells conduct various events. The library is a separate building, having all the department-related books and journals in separate sections of the library. classrooms are fine not very high tech or new.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls. For boys, the hostel is for 1 year only For girls, the hostel can opt for 4 years. there are 3 options for a girls' hostel 2 inside the campus and one outside. While counseling hostel is discussed with the parents and students and they can book the hostel at that time only. Food is edible in a hostel it is a bit unhygienic but acceptable.

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

Last year students gets the chance for placements. many companies came here to offer jobs for students. ex.l&t,HC,etc. for cs there is highest package of 43 lakh. for civil average package of 6-7 lakh is there. around 75-80% students gets placed. My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
