Remarks :

Did not apply to any other colleges and got admission into SRCC because of my percentage and I have an OBC quota. The criteria for admission in DU is through class 12 marks and the minimum age is no bar. The teachers were supportive and the admission process went smoothly.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is very well qualified, experienced, and quite eligible for teaching. There are different departments for different courses and there are different teachers for each subject in every semester. The passing percentage for a semester is 36% and students can score well if they pay attention in the classes

Internships Opportunities :

Top recruiting firms are the Big4, consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG, and financial institutions like Deutsche Bank, Citibank. Around 5-10% of students get internships from the above companies and they provide good stipends.

Placement Experience :

The placements of this college are amazing as it is the best Commerce college in Asia. The highest package is 31 LPA and the average package is 8.4 LPA and the lowest package is 3.2 LPA. Top recruiting firms are the Big4, consulting firms like McKinsey, Bain, BCG and financial institutions like Deutsche Bank, Citibank. Around 5-10% of students get internships from the above companies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees structure is Rs.30000 per year and the college provides financial assistance for students who have a quota to purchase laptops or mobile phones as the classes are held online. Delloite provides internship opportunities for students with stipends.

Campus Life :

The fest of our college is the best fest among all the other DU colleges and students from all across DU and off-campus students from all over the country come to visit our fest. There are hundreds of books in our library and the library is huge. The classrooms are fully air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi networks. Extracurricular activities are available. There are plenty of societies in our college for each department.

Life of A DU student

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is not very rigid as the time-table changes every semester. To me it seemed very flexible as I can pursue my CFA designation as well. I wont say that the curriculum prepares us for future pursuits as Delhi University offers a pretty old regime but have adopted the NEP policy from last year.

Lovely college

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 we are eligible for campus placement . There are a lot of companies visited like Amazon, Accenture, Wipro, etc monthly salary is around 15-16k highest package is made around 8LPA for BBA . My college provide around 80% placement overall. My plans is to go for higher studies.

Experience of my college life-Gargi College

Placement Experience:

The placements of Gargi college are really nice. There is a placement cell in our college. From 3rd year 4th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. The average CTC was offered as Rs 5 LPA and 3.6 LPA for the previous session. The companies that visited our college are Ernst and young, KPMG, Smart cube and Genpact, S&p Capital IQ, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 50%. My plan after getting a degree is to prepare for my CAT exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of DSC is very active. You can start doing internships from your very first year. Internships go on during the whole year. Placements are usually happening in the last or second last semester mainly for final year students. The main domain for which the recruitment drives are conducted are - Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and HR. The major companies that visit our campus are - KPMG, EY, GENPACT, JARO EDUCATION, WIRPO, and other companies with an average package of 3-3.5 lakhs, students do get nice offers from these companies. The highest package for the year 2020-21 was approximately near 5-6 LPA. There are a good number of students getting placements. Since I am planning for professional courses, I haven't sat for any placements but my friends do sit for the placements and as per the reviews, I can assure you that if you have the right amount of talent and zeal, you are not going to be graduate with empty hands.

Yes, campus interview is available for the student. These three types of option. The student who have above 75 percent Available top most pay company. 60 to 75 percent student average level pay. Company 45 to 60 percent student medium-range company. Those who have to fail marks the campus wasn't accepted.
