Remarks :

The student must have obtained 50% or more percentage in 10th & 12th exams. So we are eligible for applying NCHMCT exam. The candidate must have a ranking under 5000 in NCHMCT to be eligible to get admission to IHM Gwalior. There are 3 rounds of counseling the student can take admission in the round respective of their rank.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The Hospitality Management course has grown these days rapidly so it's good to start your college education from a reputed government institute. Faculties, there are very understanding & supportive. They are always happy to solve our queries.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 115000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

IHM Gwalior offers internships in the 3rd & 4th semesters in one semester only from both. It is part of getting marks in that particular semester. IHM Gwalior invites companies in internships like Radisson, Parkin, Taj, and many more as well. They provide internships for a duration of 4 months.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester students are eligible to sit in placements. IHM Gwalior invites topmost hotel brands to their campus like TAJ, ITC, Oberoi, Hilton. They invite companies from the corporate section as well for customer service profiles such as Reliance, Wipro.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

all 6 semesters have different fee structures. The student gets enough time to pay the fee. The approximate fee per semester is Rs.60,000. The fee includes tuition fee, caution fee, etc. We have computer labs there as well.

Campus Life :

The very famous fest that IHM Gwalior organizes every year is VAIBHAV in this they invite students from different institutes. They conduct many competitions among them they have an award ceremony for that as well. IHM Gwalior has a library as well. They have basketball ground, cricket ground. They conduct many extracurricular activities throughout the year.

This course is mostly practical based and we need to focus on the practical knowledge and some theoretical part because for the interview. When i was in class 7th , from that time i am cooking food for my family. Our course is Affiliate with davv and they were very so we are 2 months behind for the exams

Well talking about real world applications basic knowledge is needed for sure but self learning is more important. My experience at ihm gwalior.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course was suggested by my one the the cousins as i was little passionate about making food. So if you love to make food or love being in hospitality sector then its a good choice ... This course helped me to have better thinking , having better grooming and better skills this helped me to have best placement in the hotel industry. The only thing which i would recommend to have improvement on should be journal writing. It should be minimised because it is of no use. Both theory and practical exams takes place at the end of the semester before that only internal and mid term exam used to take place.
