Remarks :

I was trying for Dehradun institute of technology but I get selected in Uttaranchal institute of technology. There are no minimum marks and age criteria for addmission. I attend the counseling where all my documents are checked and admission fees and other formalities were made. Addmission process is normally a panel of teachers sitting to whom you provide all your documents and they cross-verify your documents.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose civil engineering because I like construction and technical things so I chose civil engineering. The faculty and student ratio is like if the college contains 2000 students then there are 50 teachers. Most of the faculty are M.tech and some of them are B.tech. Exams were conducted on time but the level is a bit difficult and if you study hard you'll make a good score in exams and make a good percentage.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester, a student is eligible for campus placement. Think and learn about Wipro and some others companies as well. The highest package is 6 lakhs per annum. Around 20-30% of students got placed. My plans are to study and get an assistant engineer or junior engineer job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my 4 years of engineering, no fee hike happened and the cost to study is good. I am not eligible for any kind of scholarship but students get scholarships on the basis of caste. No financial assistance was made by the college. I didn't get a job because all the companies which visited for campus placement are IT companies and I don't want to join an IT company so I didn't appear in any of those companies but no automobile company visit for placement and none other only accept IT companies.

Campus Life :

I really don't remember but yes I have seen Arijit Singh and Mika Singh in college fest Yuva fest is conducted. The library is huge almost contain 1 lakh books so you can get any book regarding your studies and some fictional books like novels, biography, etc. Benches fan and tube light only basic facilities are available. Cricket tournament and some activities at the time of the fest.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that is 5 th semester students are eligible for campus placements and interships. The companies who visited our campus is Deloitte, PWC, Amazon, TCS, Mahindra etc. Highest package offered currently in 2023 is 32 Lpa and 22 Lpa and average is between 5-6 Lpa.80% of the total students appeared in the placement. My plans is to pursue mtech after this.

Placement Experience:

6th sem onwards placement drives are carried out in this university. All the students in that particular semester may be eligible for the placements. No I said eligible as because the attendance as well as the backlogs are checked. As the college is very strict about attendance and backlogs. If either of the two doesn't reaches rhe minimum criteria then the students are debared for the session or from the placements drive. Ok so 192 companies visit the campus every year where the hight package reached was of INR 33.50 LPA. The average package ranges from INR 7LPA - INR 8.5LPA. Placement percentage is almost around 91% as of the current year. My plans after getting the degree is to like opt for higher studies and get placed either abroad or into the biggest MNC in India.

BAD FACILITIES IN THIS COLLEGE

Placement Experience:

As I'm in 2nd ye I don't know much about the placement cell but I heard from the seniors that the placement ratio is good but only for those who devoted themselves to studies. The highest placement ever was like 1.1 CR and avg is 6L. The percentage of students getting placement is like 40%.My plans are giving CDS or GATE exam for higher studies.

Remarks:

It was recommended by my seniors who have earlier studied in this college. The other thing that fascinated me towards the college is the faculties. They are well qualified and heard from others they teach so well so i chose the college. The other thing is the infrastructure and the college is in the area where less noise comes.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good. Some company that visits are zaro education, rubisoft etc. Placement has 3-4 rounds and the placement cell is good and managed with good teachers
