Remarks :

I have applied after completing my diploma in mechanical engineering with 83.50. As I am from a scheduled caste, yes I opted for the category quota. As per the college cut off I had been allotted my college. The admission process is quite simple. You have to carry all your documents in original as well as in two sets of copies.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have selected the college because it is one of the best colleges in Nagpur for mechanical engineering students. The teaching staff is pretty good and well qualified. Exams are conducted timely in college. There is plenty of faculty to assist students to deal with the problem in respective subject.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The internship is made available in different companies like Mahindra rise, bajaj steel etc. The role offered in the internship is visiting train engineer. Stipend paid is from 5000-1000. College is tied up with various industry which is easily available for students for experience and practical experience. I personally did my internship in Mahindra rise

Placement Experience :

Campus placement is really good in this college. Companies throughout India, as well as multinational companies conduct, drives here. One can be eligible for it in the 7th semester and follows. Companies like Tech Mahindra, HCL, Capgemini, TCS approach every year for engineers. The highest package at my time was 18 lakh CTC.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for the sc category is 7000, only which is 18000 for st, 70000 for obc and 130000 for unreserved category. The fees structure is well classified. One can pay it in slabs. A cooperative bank on campus helps with education loans. Campus recruitment is very impressive. If one person is looking for a job after degree one must think about this college.

Campus Life :

Annual fest such as YASH, tech fest like mechfiesta, icon, electrica is conducted every year. Extracurricular activities such as traditional day sports events inter College sports inter departmental sports are conducted. The campus is large with a great library and enough availability of books. The canteen is available and the food quality is impressive.

WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE ADMISSION IN YCCE?

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester the students are allowed to sit in placements The companies like TCs And capegeminis is common for mass recruitment and new companies like Accenture also visisted And total 200+ offers were made in placements Highest package this year was 21 lakhs in IT sector and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. Only 60% students get placed. I am going to do business after graduation as i dont trust college as it would give me placement

Our beautiful College

Placement Experience:

From the third-year sixth semester our college taking campus placement or internship programs. In the past, our college has got an average of 4 LPA packages and the highest 12 or 14 LPA packages. There are so many companies like TCS, COGNIGENT, WIPRO, etc. Our College gives 95-98% placement in engineering. My plan is to do a job in a data scientist post in the company and give my best to that company that's all.

Is RMD Sinhgad School of Engineering a good place for seeking admission

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in their last year. There are many good companies that come and take part in the placement drives. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini etc. come here for placements. The highest package in my understanding was about 30 lakhs as studied and searched by me. Many students secure packages above 3.5 lakhs in our college. About 90% of students get placed through the drives. My plan is also to take a good job from placement and then do my masters.

My Engineering Life Review in this college

Admission:

I got admission through CAP Round as directed by AICTE and DTE, the process is of 3 rounds until you choose a college and finalize it. Admission dates for FE students start from around May-June period as college opens at around 15 July approx. And Students need to bring all documents attested and submit the original 10th- 12th documents in the college and after completing the graduation. He/She can collect the originals from the college after collecting LC from the college.
