Entrance Preview :

NICMAR selects it's student through NCAT. NICMAR is the best when it comes to the field of Project Management the course is the oldest and most sorted one in India. The college has great reputation in academics and research. (Labeled as SIRO by Govt. Of India).

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is one of a kind, very practical and is exactly what the industry looks for it is not heavy with academics and also not lightened or diluted. It is a perfect mix of practical and theoretical aspects of Project Management and industry as a whole.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides internships last year, near about 120 companies came to select students for summer internships.

Placement Experience :

NICMAR offers 100% placements the giants of construction industries in India and abroad, the Big Fours are regular participants in campus song process. Companies like LnT, SPCL, GCC, Samsung, Godrej Boyce, Tata Steel, Tata Projects Limited are regular visitors.

College Events :

PMI India organised seminar on Research Methodology in Project Management ICCRIP 2016 was held in NICMAR. Conference on National Water conservation many other conferences and seminars are held every other day. Many companies like LnT and Tata Steel send their executives for training here in NICMAR.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is as much as a premium management institute in a city charges NICMAR itself is a Non profit organization and is run by a trust the mess charge is around 16000 for 3 Month. And food charges are 16000 for 3 months to be paid in advance.

Fees and Financial Aid :

NICMAR provides many scholarships as many as 10% students get a chance to get any scholarship ranging from 100 percent fee waiver to 10 percent.

Campus Life :

NICMAR organises many cultural activities like Udvaba, Technikalah, Annual fest, Marketrix, annual sports etc besides, every national festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm. The campus's life is very cool. Gender ratio is 65:35 in favour of boys as mostly civil students and mechanical students come here. So slightly inclined.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are good most people are provided single accommodation mess food is a bit problem as it is pure veg. They provide 4 times food per day and charge around 190 the food facility is mandatory if you are staying in hostel the rooms are adequate for single stay washrooms are not attached but are generally clean and maintained.

External Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

The alumnus of NICMAR have achieved many great feet from being CEOs of famous companies like HCC to many other posts. They provide us great network and guidance.

Exam Structure :

Exam pattern is trimester type. Each trimester has 8 subjects. Evaluation process is very innovative and practical it comprises of 70 marks written test and 30 marks internal evaluation exams are relatively easy and attaining class will fetch you good marks.

Admission :

The admission process comprised of written test and followed by personal interview the written test had 120 questions of MCQ type. It was followed by PI. The results were announced after 20 days the written test is tougher than MAT but easier than CAT and comprises of Aptitude, GK, Reasoning.

Faculty :

The faculty members are very renowned persons of their own field with vast academic and industry experience most of them are either PHD of pursuing PHD. NICMAR faculty publishes around 50 papers per year some of them are on the editorial board of world famous journals.

The placements are good, You will be eligible for them just after completing your Diploma. It helped make the transition in my career not only once but twice.
