Remarks

While studying B.Tech in Civil Engineering I came to know about NICMAR. I wanted to learn construction management and I found that NICMAR is one of the best universities India providing the facility of two year PGP in construction management. So I chose this university and applied for this course through online application. I got the admission based on the marks of my GMAT score along with the score of interview and Rating of application form.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course as it was most relevant to my requirements. Best things about this course are that subjects are relevant to me and hence are very interesting to me. This course involves the subjects of practical reality and is really providing the proper knowledge for becoming a techno manager. The faculty members Dr. Sanjay Bhoyar, Dr. Amol Pawar,Dr. R. Sathishkuma. They are passionate about their subjects, teaching and making students learn.

Course Fees: INR 1306900 per year

Placement Experience

Almost 80-90% of my batchmates got placement from my course. The highest salary package offered for the ACM course was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was somewhere of nearly 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was approximately 5.5 LPA. Big 5 companies hire students from NICMAR. Tata, Reliance, Savills, etc., also visit here for campus recruitment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total course fees for two years Post graduate program in Construction Management is near about 14 lakhs which is quitely very high. But I did not face any problem to afford the course fees because my university provides scholarships. There are several scholarship schemes like NICMAR Top Rankers Scholarship, NICMAR Means Based Top Rankers Scholarship, NICMAR Excalibur Award Scholarship, NICMAR Merit Scholarship Schem. I got Means based top Rankers Scholarship as my family income is less than 6lakhs and my Trimester Performance Index (TPI) was above 8.5.

Campus Life

Most facilities are available inside the academic block such as huge classrooms, library, event area, staffrooms, etc. They provide LAN services for students. The compound area includes a basketball court, football ground, cricket ground and tennis area. Basic medical and emergency facilities are available in the college. Besides my university organises many cultural, technical and sports events as well as conferences. There are separate sports fests in the college. Moreover the campus life was good.

the cource curriculum is one of the main reason i chose deign as it combine everything creativity research problem solving etc it helped students develope there skills . the project based approach is usefull. the can improve by including more live industry projects and internship upadated tools. the workload is challenging that we have multiple submissions together somtimes.

Our collefe has a 100 percent placement it has tie ups with indigo,air india,star air which is good and best companies in india.so this is the reason I chose this college.and i love this college personally

Environment in college is so good we are encouraged and everything is well in discipline
Infrastructure of the college is best also they maintain hygiene everywhere possible
Teachers aree good and supportive, they help and explain us and are there for us whenever needed

Campus is small this is the only issue I guess

Placement Experience:

As I am currently in my first year, I cannot comment on the actual placement results yet. I plan to develop my coding skills, work on practical projects, and participate in internships and hackathons to improve my employability. My goal is to secure a good placement in the IT industry after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

From 5 semester onwards students becomes eligible for campus placement . Students can start preparing for the internship from earlier semester and the official placements start mid sem 5. Company offers roles such software development , data analytics and IT.

What ISDI is like

Likes

The college has excellent infrastructure and management.
Teachers are a hit or miss. There’s mostly rookie teachers for the first years but as you select your specialization, you’ll only be dealing with a specific set of teachers. Some of them are extremely experienced and some are okay-okay.
The college has excellent industry connections. There’s no better place to network as a student in Mumbai. They have people visiting from all over the world and master classes and talks occurring every now and then.

Dislikes

They’ve increased their intake of students massively. The campus is becoming way too crowded for so many people. They’ve expanded campus into some floors in the hostel which is right across the street.
Everything in the college is slowly getting more and more expensive. They charge large unnecessary fines for things like not bringing your hall ticket or a new ID card or for exam rechecking.
Canteen is wayy too expensive for students like us

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are very good and they have people coming from a diverse range of companies. I am a second year student so I don't know about the exact packages. I plan to identify my strengths by 4th year and get a job in that sector.

Nothing to dislike in Bharati Vidyapeeth
One cannot hate Bharati Vidyapeeth.It is ideal
It have all in one courses here.One cannot hate it.

BAMS course is undergraduate level course that helps students in mastering in field of ayurveda.This is 4.5 years course.Ayurveda is reaching beyond seas.People have starting accepting Ayurveda and considering it as proper treatment rather than just considering it as therapy.Thus,BAMS aspirants surely have bright future

Personally, I don't think it's all that great. The faculties don't care enough. They don't provide quality education and have no helping nature. The exams were kept online after the covid-19 conclusion because they have taken some code-tantra subscriptions. They compromise the quality of education for their benefit and aim at earning money.

I only applied for government colleges in Maharashtra ,Gujarat and Delhi. The main reason I choose this college specifically was it's industry connect and the image of college in the industry. Throughout the world in civil University is quite well known. I got rejection from NITs and it is due to my low score in the JEE mains exam. For admission NICMAR University Pune they have their own online exam and if you pass that there is a personal interview which you have to clear. They also consider JEE mains mhtcet exam also but the personal interview is compulsory. Admissions here was based on NCAT entrance along with academic performance, work experience and performance in the interview to make it to the final merit list. NICMAR through my eyes

So, the reasons for which I took admission into this colleges are firstly it's recognition i.e. this college is recognised as Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation by DISR, Ministry of Science and Technology that comes under Govt. Of India.Also, our NICMAR offers training in specialized areas like real estate management, construction management, Infrastructure management and allied areas. Also, it has been granted by UNDP. Further, the placement rate to-date is 99.6% of the course I opted for. And the college fee is not so high as compared to other management colleges with so many facilities. So, these were the reasons but now I am going to mention the whole process of admission. So, first of all, I checked the eligibility criteria then I proceeded to fill the form and provided all the details asked there.
